    Video Summary:
    * The speaker questions why the interviewee supports framing politics as a left vs right narrative, arguing that Jewish capital is behind both sides in the US.
    * The interviewee acknowledges this framing as a problem but still thinks it's relevant. The speaker says this will result in a "dirty J" as punishment.
    * The speaker argues that looking at world capital structures shows other groups surpass Jews in average wealth, using Cuban immigrants in the US as an example.
    * The speaker says criticizing Israel is fine but blaming Jews obscures the real antagonism of the political system, where the problem is rich vs poor rather than Jews having money.
    * They ask who really corrupted the Democratic party and invented political correctness to prevent popular mobilization.

Yeah, but put that way someone could call Zizek "class reductionist"; it´s not that the "real" problem is the opposition rich vs. poor, it´s just that there are power structures -encouraged by capitalism, that go beyond the wealth and interests of particular groups of people. Therefore, blaming one ethnicity is obscuring the forest for one tree. It´s a great answer really.

You can tell Zizek is utterly perplexed at the bigotry nature of the question, which borders on (19th century) antisemitism. I mean, how do you even begin to explain that there is in fact no international Jewish conspiracy pulling the world's purse strings. It seems like Zizek doesn't know if to answer the question itself, which explicitly questions why he is supporting "the Jews", or to answer a question regarding his--not really support--but mere acknowledgement of the pain and injustice that was and has been inflicted upon ISRAEL.

If he did that, he would firstly be going against his own arguments against political correctness and his criticisms of the hypocrisy behind calls for Equality, Diverty and Inclusion.
Secondly, by handling it this way instead of getting triggered, Zizek demolished the guys argument and made him look dumb to all who are capable of reason.

Antisemitism has no place in our society. I am extremely critical of Israel - current Israeli government is committing war crimes and must be held legally accountable. But do not mix this with antisemitism. Jews have been the most persecuted people in human history and the whole humanity, in my opinion, should be apologetic to Jews.
Hence, I do not appreciate the question from the audience! NEVER we can allow to dehumanize an ethnic, religious or any other group (that is what happened to Jews through the history, and to some extent Israeli government is doing that to Palestinians now).

Most jews think in terms of group evolutionary strategy(read kevin macdonad) and they have a very high ethnic/cultural awareness. This has allowed them to ethnically network and make themselves very good capitalists/academics in the modern economy. They also have a disproportionate share of hedge fund board seats/ banking leadership positions and media ownership. When you mix this together, how can you not see that this “religion”, which is really an ethnic group, is preventing the proper critique and socializing of national and international economic life ? Its frustrating to manage the nuances but it doesnt mean you hate jews, just what they are doing at our expense. Within the immense complexities of life there are directly intractable problems: simultaneously, contradictions can be true. A response of a person, of a people, is the result of the surroundings which forms them, which in turn can be influenced by a second group with varying levels of culpability and responsibility. _There is no guarantee that this response, necessitated by power differences, may be able to discriminate and still have an effect._ There is no morality at this point; it is simply unavoidable fact.
Zizek is attempting to show that, in the face of such a paradox, a less direct approach which combats the most significant enabling element--in this case, the myriad, myriad problems of hierarchical economics--may, at this point, offer the only possibility of hope, unless we wish to bury our heads and morality in perpetuity.

A Lot in the comments seem to misunderstand Zizek. First of all, I think it's silly to deny that many extremely wealthy Jews who support Zionism, have or had major influence on both political parties of the US and historically also held influence in the political parties of the UK. Sheldon Adelson is a perfect example, We can all see why it's so very problematic to make this argument and must be carefully observed and highlighted, it will still be extremely difficult of an argument to make. What Zizek understands is that in a capitalist system, this can happen, capital will always dominate over the political ethics of a society. Hence why he believes to stop said influence, which is natural in a capitalist system, we should look to reform the system itself and not seek to limit the powers of certain individuals or god forbid groups.

The world isnt fucking binary and zizek is right to be worried about the demand for binary reaction to complex situations. asking to support israel or hamas is asking who should threaten palestinians with guns, muslims or a discriminatory dehumanising state. the actual answer id:neither. they should be able to live without fear of any governing body's lethal whims. assuming that murder of noncombatants is justified simply because those noncombatants are born to the wrong regime is letting the actual people responsible for the inhuman conditions off the hook, as well as is not different from the israeli lust for revenge in response to the innocents killed. the assumption "if only the right guys were in power then the whole world would be running smooth, so lets murder anyone else" both doesn't solve the situation and stokes the flames of this almost a century long cycle. when all the options are wrong pointing out that the alternative just isn't within the either/or premise is a better answer than the question.

I mean, personally, I'm not a fan of Apartheid, neither of colonialism, and, to be even more precise, neither of the inevitables lies who follows the two first statements when speaking of Israel.

He couldn't even repeat the statement "Jews control the narrative of the Left and the Right in the US" all he could say was "blah, blah. Yes I agree with blah, blah." He also agreed that he is a puppet of the Jews in this recording. Quite the interview.

I don't like Israel as much as the next guy, but framing the question with "the Jews" truly shows your position before you even ask your question. It is antisemitic both for Israel to turn being "Jewish" into being an Israeli national, as well as for an outsider to refer to Israelis as "the Jews".

Israel is the Jewish state...that's how Jews define it, along with most of the rest of the world.

At least he's completely transparent with his bigotry. What's much scarier is the sentiment expressed in your comment that as long as you are careful about your language and stop short of saying "da jews", basically anything goes. He explicitly asserted that "Jewish capital" was behind the left and right in the USA (10 seconds in); he's not just mixing words about the Israel-Palestine conflict. It's obscene to turn this into an opportunity to berate Israel. Imagine, for example, if someone made a conspiratorial, racist assertion about Han Chinese people. Well, ok, there are always some unabashed racists on the fringes of all societies. But then someone writes a rebuttal where half of it is devoted to denouncing the PRC. It essentially subverts the whole point of the rebuttal.
