In this video, I'll be showing you how to use a call recording app that actually works. Boldbeast Call Recorder works for the vast majority of Android phones by emulating a Bluetooth connection, which means it doesn't need root access in most cases.
If your phone happens to be one that doesn't work with this method, root and a little extra setup will be needed, but I've covered all of that in more detail at the full tutorial.

So many times I see things on RUclips that either do not work or there are pop up surprises. Your video on how to record an Android call is not one of them. The APP worked perfect. I am so happy that yours is the first channel on RUclips that I have subscribed to on the internet.
These guys deserve an award. I tried a half dozen apps from Play Store. Nothing worked except this one. Nice interface, intuitive design .... it just works! where others fail so miserably. Kudos.
Thank you so much! I downloaded and tried 5 different call recording apps and they all didn't record the second party, only my voice. This one, after a recommendation from the app to change the "Record Mode to 5", it recorded both parties! Perfect! Thank you, again!

Thanx, I've downloaded a few that started off okay, but eventually after a few calls only recorded my voice only. This one seems to be working well with my Samsung Galaxy 8 plus. I should've saved time and looked on You Tube first

I have an LG 3 MS210 BA that I'm trying to ROOT. I have tried several apps to root it but I'm always told it can't be rooted. Do you have a hack for that Dallas?
HI i have nexus 5x 32GB and Andriod N recently updated, I tried call recorder from boldbest, In Call setting>>fix Recording issues>> i am unable to enable rooted options>> It says cannot enable rooted options you should root your phone 1st, Let me know how to fix, My device is not rooted i want to use this call recorder without rooting my device, is it possible ?
This app really records voice calls even in moto e4 plus but it will deny Camera to capture video as this app denies the access to microphone.
Anybody can say if this Boldbeast app will also record when you set speaker on loud?

Just downloaded it onto my Samsung Galaxy S9 and even though not on the list works just fine automatically in phone mode and memo mode.
You have to root in now

i have a Samsung S8 and any call recording devices i am trying to install lately are not working. Following your steps here i get to Enable rooting options , i can click "enable" but after that step i get a pop up saying "cannot enable rooted options. You should root your phone first etc etc". I have no idea what rooting your phone even is. Can someone please explain why i am having troubles installing any call recorder on this new phone. Never had any problems initially when i purchased my S8
I had the same problem at first. Try this.. go to Settings, then click Call settings, Fix Recordings Issues. You will see Tune Samsung1 and Tune Samsung2 (Tune Samsung3 is somehow shown as Disabled on my Samsung). Try to click either one. It works for my S6 Edge. Good luck

I want to record two-way phone conversations where the saved file is linked to the called or calling number.
I know (or think, or have been told or just completely guess) that since Android 5 (or was it 6), the facility of linking the number to the voice-recorded call was withdrawn or blocked.
Now, (or think, or have been told or just completely guess), this is the case for phones without root access but what about us thousands of minions who are savvy enough, not only to have enabled root access, but also utilize root cloaking software which enables us to carry out mobile banking just like the rest of the herd?

No way to record voice over IP calls without notify the person first just does not make sense at all, but I still love information given out. Boldbeast won't voice-over-ip call recording.

why can't it start recording the call automatically?...I know an app that can do that. You do not know every time in the begining of a call if you will need info from that call ...

Triple TTT Transport Late reply but this works great with my Blue Parrot headset. My voice and the person on the other end comes through loud and clear.

Dear God in heaven, I JUST want to call my own voicemail and make a recording, then call back to HEAR IT!!! I DON'T want to download any app. I DON'T want any special voicemail setup. Got a new phone and want to test the mic, the earpiece, the connection in this apartment complex, the whole shebang. I remember you could do SIMPLE, OBVIOUS, BASIC STUFF like this back in the 80's and 90's, but nooooooo... Phones have become SO "SMART" now, the simple has become impossible.
Guess what? That Paw Print app does not work on my Android phone. I'm sure others have had this problem. Can someone, PLEASE give a suggestion on how to correct this. My previous Android phone did function with ALL recording apps. This one does not AT ALL, only records my voice and not the caller.
