This is the last day that Cory and Mike from @AQUAPROS will be working together on the fish room makeover, and the tanks are starting to look better and better. But there's still a lot of fine tuning to do, such as adding plants, moving animals, setting up extra lights, pulling out algae, and more. Check out Mike's channel at @AQUAPROS for additional videos as we race to the finish line!

That music in the beginning got me choked up... 😢 Droppin my vid tomorrow, we did it!!!!!
Looking forward to it!
This great to see friends helping friends. Especially fish nerds, cause if it's a kind friend who's not in the hobby then you'll have to supervise. You can't brain. storm. Then one day if he needs help or a favour, you're on it. Your tanks are looking beautiful.
Good old days nostalgic video! Absoultly hitting the spot for me.
Wow Mike has really made a difference! Great improvement.
Body doubling, it works. The tanks look great! Thanks for the video.
Thanks mike for your help. Its always awesome seeing hobbyist come togethef, helping each other. Tanks look amazing.
Mountain side tank with Anubias is awesome!
Really like that lava rock scape with Anubias that y’all set up, looks like a very attainable setup for people!!!
A lot of work well done.
got me reinvigorated with the hobby my tanks already appreciate it.
This is really coming together! Love to see all of the work you have both put into it
Since you like the double lights, have you considered having a "double width" light built with two complete rows of lighting? Should be cheaper than using two lights as it would only have one plug, control, wire, etc.. but still give you the same effect as using two.
I love seeing you work with such a great aquascaper to improve your fish room! I wish I had a friend like that. It's really cool to see your fish room with this upgrade. Thanks! (Now we just need to see some of Mike's cool experiments).
You`re making me want display tanks again... daaangg youuuuuu! lolol
This is amazing Cory and Mike are awesome is going to be great if one day we can see Cory, Dean, Mike and Rob together hanging out
I'm 63 years old and have had aquariums for probably 55 years. My family has always had aquariums. I don't like all the high fin, long tail, balloon, glow, blah, blah, blah variants that I have seen lately. How about we go back to the original species that we all loved and enjoyed when we started keeping fish in aquariums!!! All the variants that I've seen can barely swim, much less breed, and keep the species going. I say we go back to the beginning, and strengthen the original species that we all loved!
I love a dim moody tank
One can't do the work of two, but two can do the work of three 💪🏻
The fish room is looking great. Mike is an awesome guy.
Hi Cory! We don't always realize it that it takes a whole bunch of work, (a labor of love though), to get to that TA DA! moment. But it feels so good when you've got it all done. Props to you and Mike for working so hard.
As far as your dilema with double lighting, here is a solution I stumbled into with that same problem: My 75 gallon Marineland tank came with a set of two short strip lights on the same wire, that clip on the front inside under the lid. They are woefully insufficient to light the tank properly. But I left them attached and added your light and still use the original light as well. It also has white or blue. So by itself it is crap but together it's perfect. Description; it is a 13 inch metal strip of LED's, 9 inches of wire, another 13 inch strip, then wire to the plug. It all clips on under the top glass on the vinyl rim. maybe you could look into getting or manufacturing them as an add-on to your light package.
That’s high quality H2flow!
When my tank is lacking enough waste, I usually just drop my morning dookie in there to help the plants get fertilized
Looking awesome!!! 😊 Love all the beautiful art on the walls too!
I can here the excitement in your voice with all the new scaped tanks to play with, Looks great Cory and Mike
You mentioned how raising the lights can increase the spread of the light. It’d be cool if the lights came with taller legs. It’s actually the main thing that turned me away from buying them. I know that there are sellers on Etsy that make risers but I don’t really want to spend more money to use an already pricey light. If you notice, almost all the European planted tank lights have decently tall legs…
Looks great! Having fish tank Mike around seems like a good time.
I would love a different solution to the lighting/black hinge issue (aside from using two lights!). I had been doing the two light thing for a while but electricity is $$ and such. Teach me to make a clear hinge. Or some other genius product/solution.
Woohoo! Was looking forward to this video
Looks great! I need Mike to visit me!
Tanks look great.
👍❤️👍
Looking Good !!
Cory did you guys ever figure out the melting problem that kept happening to all the Anubias you were ordering in? I’m guessing yes because you have so much but just wondering.
Peroxide does a great job on BBA as well.
I wonder if the tank with the perpetual cloudiness was low levels of green water. My 75g has had that before. From the front with the lights on it just looked slightly cloudy, but from the side, especially with the lights off, it was clearly green water.
2:51 this tank doesn't need new substrate, its crystal clear water, just add an inch of sand on top, add more plants and enjoy..
Awesome video 😊 I got my order from aquarium coop today
I'm loving this heavy focus on the fish room lately! Also, I'm local to both of you, and I have to say, the PNW has the best hobbyists in the aquarist spectrum, hands down. Mike's got great local food (plus there's also Shrimp Envy local to me too), there's the Wet Spot ofc, and then there's Cory building a got dang empire up there by Seattle. It's great to see such awesome cross-pollination and the benefits ain't bad either for us followers lol
The double light is so expensive but the results are awesome. 40 breeders are just begging for it
13:14 nice, the turtle and you.
I ment 13:11
well done guys
Florida flagfish in the 800? They crush green hair algae and they're easy to breed too!
Absolutely loved this collab!!!! Mike is almost as awesome as Legit Fish Food!!!! ♥️♥️♥️
Great work
Thank you so much for all you do for the hobby and all the education you have given over the years , I certainly learned a ton from you, I wish you even more success 😊 Love your channel
Have you ever tried to turn the lid around backwards and have the large side hinge? Yes it would be annoying to have to move the light every time you want to do anything. But it would allow you to get the one light where you'd want it.
Where is the live streams at Corey
Lot better with help
Love the videos !
Great work, guys! I’m loving the new scapes.
Keep em comin!
What was the original plan for the acrylic tanks that you’ll be taking down?
Beautiful, are those 20g long? Or biger. Thanks for sharing
Corey, how do you feel about a 210 gal tank stand made out of cinder block like you’ve done with some of your racks??
I love the rocks- do you sell? they are the grayish with the lines.
Ive done peroxide method and it does work but it also forever kills plants, even the "new" plants from the java fern grow in black, after a year! Its still alive, if you want to call it that lol.
Cory will the flagtail eat the val in the 800? I want to get one to eat my black beard algae but worried it will eat my val and anubis
Yes, was waiting to see what happened! Thanks for the entertainment
Cory is the🐐
I 3d printed some brackets to lift my coop light higher to get better coverage. Much cheaper!
