My other dog played along and he became intrigued - now its a daily part of our routine - about 3 times a day we do the shell game and the muffin tin game. I have two blue nose pit bull pups and they are EVERYTHING you said in this video. Extremely smart, easy to train, great with kids, and slightly hyperactive. I never thought I’d be a pet owner as an adult, but my husband and stepdaughter convinced me to get one and I ended up loving him so much I went and got another! Love my Pit Bull pups 🥰🥰🥰
Recently rescued a 8 year old blue nose named Spartacus. He’s the sweetest dog I’ve ever had by far. Extremely loyal and protective Over my family. This gentleman is spot on with his facts. My pup has bad allergies and Dry skin. Thankfully I was able to get him on the proper meds. Thanks for the content very well put together!!

I got a blue nose APT last year in November 2020. Hes now 11 months old and is such a good sweet dog. Loves people and loves playing with other dogs. Very gentle and very smart anyone who has met him loves him. They are such great dogs. Loyal, smart, huge cuddle bugs too.
I was always a die hard German Shepherd guy and was dumb enough to believe that pits were aggressive dogs. Finally opened my mind and saw what kind of goof balls they are. I found my blue pitty at the pound and she fit right in to the family. Her and my youngest daughter are partners in crime and even to the point where my daughter uses her as a step stool to get what she wants in the pantry.

I have a blue nose pitbull named Catfish. She'll be 9 yrs old this April. She's been by my side at all times since she was 6 weeks old. She is so smart and so sweet. She loves kittens and little kids. I don't know how I lived without her before I got her. I definitely don't know how I'm gonna live without her when I lose her. She saved my life when I was unaware that I needed saving.
We lost our 7 year 11 month old blue nose pit-bull to cancer last year. He was by far the best dog we ever owned, and between my wife and I, we have had about 10 dogs. I should mention that our dog was modestly wide, not as wide as most pit-bulls, and he was also taller, and weighed in at about 85 lbs. His web feet possibly meant that he was not a purebred blue pit-bull, and he might have been part lab. He was so special to us, he loved children, he protected children, and he was always goofy loving. He constantly made us feel loved, and he also made us laugh. When we adopted him from the local SPCA, we expected to get a loyal dog, but he proved more than that. He was like a son to us, and his unconditional love and loyalty was touching. Now at 16 months since losing him, we still think about him every day. We loved our other dogs before him, but we can't get over the loss of him. We thank God for giving us this beautiful dog to take care of for Him. We encourage everyone to adopt a pit-bull, especially a blue, and to experience the love they will have for you.
I had a red nose lab mix and he just died from cancer about a month ago. He was our world smart fun and protective and fit our family perfectly. The vet said it was the lab part that most likely caused the cancer we did everything from surgery to chemo to try and save him but nothing worked. He had surgery and before he healed from that the tumors re grew it was a bad time but he gave us 10 years of pure joy.
Man in my eyes a blue nose pit can be one of the dopest companions to have they even look majestic at times, I remember I ended up taking care of a blue nose pup named Lola for my friend while they were redoing some stuff in his house and I would take her everywhere with me in fact she pulled me on my skateboard everywhere, a real skateboard without cruiser wheels and in the span of like 2 month she was yoked. Even my friend was surprised when I returned her. That bond I had with her was such a cherished time.
I'm NOT 100% sure exactly what breed my puppy is but he sure looks to be a Bluenose pitbull. Either way... he's AMAZING. Great family dog. VERY LOYAL and LOVING.
I always wanted one, when I lost my Boxer Pit mix, I went looking for a new dog about 6 months later. I found my blue nose and she has been an awesome dog. High energy and always has to be the center of attention but she’s been awesome. Love the blue eyes

Oh I so miss my 90 lb blue nose mama dog. High energy, high maintenance drama queen and sweeter than a bucket of honey. My dad's 12 lb mini Pinscher totally runs the show when we come over to visit. It's hilarious!
Spot on with the skin issues being part of their diet, I rescued my blue nose pitbull and the vet said to get him a dog food that has salmon because the omegas will clear up his skin sure enough within a week all his dandruff is gone and his skin has cleared up, crazy how big of a difference high quality dog food makes for their health. He went from pedigree to blue buffalo.
Who cares what color they are. Pitties are sweet, wonderful and the best dogs around that have been given a bad wrap. I had an elderly white red nosed pit (although she looked more like an AmStaff/Bully mix). She was the best dog even though we only had her for 3 years and 11 months. My husband found her. We think she was used by a backyard breeder and she many lacerations on her body as well. She was so affectionate, silly, intelligent and so very sweet. I miss her big beautiful soulful eyes and her big smile everyday.

Bully breeds are literally the sweetest dogs ever. They just wanna be loved. My cousin’s bully got a lot of whooping which u would think make the dog more aggressive. When I came around, the dog would be so excited and she love hugs.

The colby line was known to produce blues every so often but I think this comes from the blue Paul terrier heritage. It's hard to say with today's Pitbull and bully type breeds.

Miners have participated in the canine sport but you’re right it’s up to the owner home. I’ve been sick for a while so his skills kind of suffered a little bit but he is ready to run and play. He loves children he really do.

There is no such thing as a "blue nose pit bull". It's a puppy mill term used to attract buyers and use as an excuse to sell them for a higher price. While blue is a recognized color for the breed according to the UKC and ADBA, "blue nose" does not exist.

I like all pit bulls. I had a blue one he had an excellent temperament. I now have a blue fawn tri and even though he is about 15lbs smaller he is has a much high prey drive and is much more aggressive about guarding and protecting than my blue was.
Merle was called the death Jean and was unwanted blues were a diluted black Jean in them some owners thaught it was a albino Jean with can cause blindness and other problems

I’m ol school, never heard of a Blue nose until like 2008, I’ve been around real APBT’s since the early 80’s. It’s always been tans with black masks, red noses with white patches or all reds, brindles, all blacks and fawns. These blues just popped up out of nowhere by some bad breeders. I’ve never seen blue pits at ADBA confirmation shows because the blue is not standard and the owners never show proof of their dogs pedigree

We all know what kind of issues those that lack pigment suffer from. That's no secret. These blue dog's or blue nose is not pitbull's. There is one American pitbull terrier is the game bred American pitbull terrier people really need to stop calling these blue dogs pitbulls. People is breeding dogs these days for color.

Blue nose pits are the most beautiful pitbulls. I have a blue nose pitbulls mixed with some other breed. He have giant pointy ears like elfs with bright gray eyes that change to hazel depending on lightning n it’s the cutest thing ever.
Can 1 litter produce red nose and blue nose puppies? I came across a litter with some red nose puppies and some blue noses as well . Not sure how , but they all have a light brown and white skin coat .
I have a female blue nose pit or staffy. She is more white than blue with blue nose and white and blue spotted coat with ticking in the white. She has a pattern of white and blue. She is allergic to chicken and sometimes skin issues. 9 months old today and 44 pounds she is on the small side short but muscular. Her mom was regular blue coated blue nose and her dad white with a blue nose.

The one I have is my first blue nose everything this man say's is true.glad to hear someone name the characteristics of these dogs. When I first got mine she was solid blue with a white stripe between her eyes as she got around a year old I noticed the blue on her sides started to turn to more of a brindle but her head was still solid blue with the blue nose and eyes.

My other dog played along and he became intrigued - now its a daily part of our routine - about 3 times a day we do the shell game and the muffin tin game. I have two blue nose pit bull pups and they are EVERYTHING you said in this video. Extremely smart, easy to train, great with kids, and slightly hyperactive. I got a blue nose APT last year in November 2020. Hes now 11 months old and is such a good sweet dog. Loves people and loves playing with other dogs. Very gentle and very smart anyone who has met him loves him. They are such great dogs. Loyal, smart, huge cuddle bugs too.

I was always a die hard German Shepherd guy and was dumb enough to believe that pits were aggressive dogs. Finally opened my mind and saw what kind of goof balls they are. I found my blue pitty at the pound and she fit right in to the family. I have a blue nose pitbull named Catfish. She'll be 9 yrs old this April. She's been by my side at all times since she was 6 weeks old. She is so smart and so sweet. She loves kittens and little kids. I don't know how I lived without her before I got her. I definitely don't know how I'm gonna live without her when I lose her. She saved my life when I was unaware that I needed saving.
We lost our 7 year 11 month old blue nose pit-bull to cancer last year. He was by far the best dog we ever owned, and between my wife and I, we have had about 10 dogs. I should mention that our dog was modestly wide, not as wide as most pit-bulls, and he was also taller, and weighed in at about 85 lbs. His web feet possibly meant that he was not a purebred blue pit-bull, and he might have been part lab. He was so special to us, he loved children, he protected children, and he was always goofy loving. He constantly made us feel loved, and he also made us laugh. When we adopted him from the local SPCA, we expected to get a loyal dog, but he proved more than that. He was like a son to us, and his unconditional love and loyalty was touching. Now at 16 months since losing him, we still think about him every day. We loved our other dogs before him, but we can't get over the loss of him. We thank God for giving us this beautiful dog to take care of for Him. We encourage everyone to adopt a pit-bull, especially a blue, and to experience the love they will have for you.
I had a red nose lab mix and he just died from cancer about a month ago. He was our world smart fun and protective and fit our family perfectly. The vet said it was the lab part that most likely caused the cancer we did everything from surgery to chemo to try and save him but nothing worked. He had surgery and before he healed from that the tumors re grew it was a bad time but he gave us 10 years of pure joy.
Man in my eyes a blue nose pit can be one of the dopest companions to have they even look majestic at times, I remember I ended up taking care of a blue nose pup named Lola for my friend while they were redoing some stuff in his house and I would take her everywhere with me in fact she pulled me on my skateboard everywhere, a real skateboard without cruiser wheels and in the span of like 2 month she was yoked. Even my friend was surprised when I returned her. That bond I had with her was such a cherished time.

Oh I so miss my 90 lb blue nose mama dog. High energy, high maintenance drama queen and sweeter than a bucket of honey. My dad's 12 lb mini Pinscher totally runs the show when we come over to visit. It's hilarious!

Spot on with the skin issues being part of their diet, I rescued my blue nose pitbull and the vet said to get him a dog food that has salmon because the omegas will clear up his skin sure enough within a week all his dandruff is gone and his skin has cleared up, crazy how big of a difference high quality dog food makes for their health.

Who cares what color they are. Pitties are sweet, wonderful and the best dogs around that have been given a bad wrap. I had an elderly white red nosed pit (although she looked more like an AmStaff/Bully mix). She was the best dog even though we only had her for 3 years and 11 months. My husband found her. We think she was used by a backyard breeder and she many lacerations on her body as well. She was so affectionate, silly, intelligent and so very sweet. I miss her big beautiful soulful eyes and her big smile everyday.

The colby line was known to produce blues every so often but I think this comes from the blue Paul terrier heritage. It's hard to say with today's Pitbull and bully type breeds.

Miners have participated in the canine sport but you’re right it’s up to the owner home. I’ve been sick for a while so his skills kind of suffered a little bit but he is ready to run and play. He loves children he really do.

There is no such thing as a "blue nose pit bull". It's a puppy mill term used to attract buyers and use as an excuse to sell them for a higher price. While blue is a recognized color for the breed according to the UKC and ADBA, "blue nose" does not exist.
It did live in the early 19 hundreds they have always been around just not as many as other colors

I like all pit bulls. I had a blue one he had an excellent temperament. I now have a blue fawn tri and even though he is about 15lbs smaller he is has a much high prey drive and is much more aggressive about guarding and protecting than my blue was.
Merle's my favorite color, but blue is best. They are friendly. Though sadly they don't gett along with dogs. I made a vid about blue nose pits.

I’m ol school, never heard of a Blue nose until like 2008, I’ve been around real APBT’s since the early 80’s. It’s always been tans with black masks, red noses with white patches or all reds, brindles, all blacks and fawns. These blues just popped up out of nowhere by some bad breeders. I’ve never seen blue pits at ADBA confirmation shows because the blue is not standard and the owners never show proof of their dogs pedigree

No... it's an undesirable color. Just because a breed is CAPABLE of producing a certain color. Doesn't make it a desired trait/color of the breed.
There's a reason why enthusiasts of the breed DON'T have or breed that color... but BYB's do.

@@tobeybenway6352 No, it hasn't. They have skin issues. Blue is a recessive of black. It's a lack of pigmentation/color. Hence the issue. We all know what kind of issues those that lack pigment suffer from. That's no secret. You did not mention...why the old school breeders stoped breeding the blue nose...in Richard's books he recognized the existence of blue pitbulls but he also mentions why they no longer produced those for fighting

These blue dog's or blue nose is not pitbull's. There is one American pitbull terrier is the game bred American pitbull terrier people really need to stop calling these blue dogs pitbulls. People is breeding dogs these days for color.

I'm making the point, color in a apbt really doesn't hold much weight in a working breed, but these dogs are clearly not American pit Bull terrier it is not a common occurrence but I have seen blue/seal/andor what some Old timers called mouse colored more than once on respectable dogman yards or in the field hunting. I have a female blue nose pit or staffy. She is more white than blue with blue nose and white and blue spotted coat with ticking in the white. She has a pattern of white and blue. She is allergic to chicken and sometimes skin issues. 9 months old today and 44 pounds she is on the small side short but muscular. Her mom was regular blue coated blue nose and her dad white with a blue nose.

I have two pitbulls they are both the best dogs I've ever owned I was admittedly nervous for getting one I've always had German shepherds and chihuahuas but my sister got one so I did and undeniably they are the absolute best dogs I've ever had even be out beating the German Shepherd in my opinion they're both extremely loyal very intelligent my female knows hand signals my mail is very athletic

Cons of Blu nose , mine is a baby that gotta be next to you or will wine and then a little ear itching from allergies but coconut whips helps that .. pros they great dogs that are great in house if you play with on regular and great with kids. We adopted ours and he came from the hood but only took a couple of days for him to realize he home
The one I have is my first blue nose everything this man say's is true.glad to hear someone name the characteristics of these dogs. When I first got mine she was solid blue with a white stripe between her eyes as she got around a year old I noticed the blue on her sides started to turn to more of a brindle but her head was still solid blue with the blue nose and eyes.
Ukc recognizes the color may be any color. It's just pigment. But awesome segment.
