Hey 😃👋 I thought I would share this with you because you are like the Pit Bull Master 😄
I got my first Pit Bull like a month max ago.
I thought I hated Pit Bulls because all of the thugs have them and of course the bad stigma/ fear mongering that has been spread.
This dog is 11 months old and he was completely untrained and lanky with no muscle mass.
I've watched sooo many of your videos and have been making him bone broths and ox tails and feeding him fresh goat meats and bones with his mix of wet and dry food protien for top ingredients and he now has this huge yard so in such a short time his body is filling out very well.
He is such a faithfull dog to my sons and wont leave their sides at all.
Not even for another dog or even food.
      He follows them everywhere !
He even CLIMBS A LADDER to follow them in their tree house and takes the slide down with them.
We let them stay out late one night and we came out to check on them and we heard a LOUD beautiful growl.😀
He was protecting his boys (he couldnt see who we were because we had the lights off)
This dog is amazing and NOW I reccomend this breed highly.
Thank you for these videos they help out sooo much.

yes just got my first rednose mix puppy a week ago, i did have a mature American Bulldog XL before. just found your videos and i love them they are a great inspiration and help for me. My pitbull puppy is now 9 weeks old and socializing in the park with other dogs goes really great, only thing is he doesnt seem to wanna walk so i carry him to the park and than finally he comes to walk but as soon as he sees other dogs he is immediately curious. Tomorrow im gonna start the obediance training in house with the simple commands you use in the video. Thanks from The Netherlands and keep up the great work!!!

Update on Ace - I have gotten him involved in playing some of the games ruclips.net/user/postUgkx1_veP7CApJK_GWy_TczaMciuG64PqJeU and I can see a difference in his confidence already! My other dog played along and he became intrigued - now its a daily part of our routine - about 3 times a day we do the shell game and the muffin tin game. I am so grateful for coming upon your training techniques!

Which ( but was sweet) , was my advantage. People looked at him and went icky, and I looked at him and went what a sweet boy. I’ve had him for two weeks… I have treated him holistically for the mange, And hair growth. Week 3 sees my All his hair has grown back. He is such a sweetheart very intelligent… I’m very loving.

I've got a 2&1/2 year old blue Fawn bully . He has so much energy all the time . When walking with a leash on a collar whether it's a regular collar or a prong training collar he can care less . The only thing that has made him chill out during our walks is a harness with the d-ring in the front . He hates it but walks somewhat normal when we walk with the harness .
I've tried the snap backs and the opposite direction turns to no avail . The harness is the only thing that really really works for us .

in obedience training for my dog they said it takes about 500 repetitions for the command to lock in for simple commands like sit. stay, and lay down. you wont do it in just a week. it is something you have to continue. you are right about follow the nose. works every time and treats are the best training aid i have found. they even used my pitbull to demonstrate the new commands each week as she picked up on them fast she was eager to learn and get those treats. the other thing to do with a pitbull is to socialize them with other dogs and people if you want them well adjusted. before training to be my service dog and as a pup i let her meet 30-50 people each week as we went out. she has good instincts as to what and who is a threat but does not see everyone as a threat, her instincts are still there but she is very accepting of strangers that are not dangerous. if your dog does not trust you should not. but make sure they are social to know the difference.
also look into what is called a "clicker" studies show the sound from them has an effect on a dog.. something about releasing endorphins that make them happy when they are rewarded with that. i got mine from petsmart and used it to move my girl off treats for training and they do work

I was first time pit bull owner 7 years ago. I never watched training vids, but your method is basically the one I used and it’s 1000% effective.
I verbally taught him to sit, give me left and right paw, lay down, crawl, rollover, and smile. I think pit bulls are easy to train by the way, I can’t take all the credit. But I’m at the point that I don’t have to say anything. My pit bull responds to visual cues that I do with my finger. Mind you, I don’t yell at my pup, I talk to him like a regular person.
Dogs are pack animals and respond to the alpha. I think him viewing me as the alpha takes part in his obedience. I’m at the point with Thor that I will go out and mow the lawn. I’ll tell him to stay on the deck, and he will not move until I give him the green light. I walk him around the block with no leash. Which I used a choker for. When he walks around the block he’ll walk about the length of what the leash would be, he’ll wait for me to catch up, then continue walking. If a dog walks by, I tell him to sit, and he won’t move until I say so.

Leash training has been become a battle of wills and I'm constantly trying to get him to stop pulling. He has a vest made for his strength, I won't do choke collars, but I need to figure out how to get past his stubbornness otherwise I won't be able to keep him. He's already hurt my poor Mom who's disabled due to his strength and size. Im hoping trying these methods will work better than what I've tried so far.

So, I must first say that I am blessed!!!! I have a pure breed Red Nosed female Pitbull that I bought from a breeder two years ago to save her from the life they had planned for her! .... She is the absolute sweetest dog I have ever owned!!! I used to be absolutely terrified of pitbulls because of their reputation! I also have a female Border Collie. Cupid, the Border Collie, helped me train Frigga with the basics of potty training, sit, stay.. etc! I had soooo little to do!!! To this day, I don't even have to worry about Frigga doing what she's supposed to! . Anyone who doesn't want her loving on them, the most likely thing she wants, just has to tell her to go lie down. If she gets stubborn, just say, "What were you told to do!", she will immediately comply because she knows she's in trouble and wants to make you happy. I'm here because I realized that I can train her to follow silent hand signals!!! Looking for ideas for that! BTW, I am Not a professional,... but I love my dogs and treat them the way I would like to be treated! .. If my Pittie Frigga has a bad habit, it would be that she absolutely loves everyone, doesn't know what a stranger is and wants chest and belly rubs because she thinks that's why she exists! Lol. Oh and food! I keep her on a diet because she will eat Anything and question later!

I have a 12 month old. I have teached him, sit, down, up, roll, place, come, by word. Stay, paw, speak, quiet by hand motion and words.
This is my first dog lol. But I am having a horrible time with his walking, had a vest like yours. Went to collar. He gets so caught up in his face in the ground sniffing, I have treats and we run together, he runs along side me, stops when I stop. Etc just another dog, female blah blah. He goes off course.
Cheers, been 12 months of walking 3 times a day. He is very stubborn haha

Finally I have a better understand of the recall and that I always break my dog from the stay, the communication through leash has him stumped but I needa just keep the little walkies fluent for him to get used to more of it cause his still in a pulling phase, I mean he always takes me on walkies lol ,well atleast to a certain point only cause he has got to get tired and along the way leaving my place there are quite a few houses with dogs vacant.

Thank you for this! I got my pit a few weeks ago, she’s fixed, she’s 3 and she’s so loving and she’s a pretty good listener! I have 4 kids and I have always been so iffy about pit bulls till I met her! But I will always be aware just like I have with any dog just because I used to be terrified of dogs anyways lol (from bad experiences when I was a teenager sneaking out to party) but she’s a pretty good listener already and I am her favorite , she has to go with me everywhere. She loves my kiddos too . But I wanted to figure out how to make sure she knows my fiancé and me are dominant and she has to listen to us, just so I feel more comfortable about it because you just never know. I wanna be able to tell her to sit , stay, come, lay down, follow. Glad I came across you’ thank you!

Thank you! A lot of basic and very helpful information explained in less than 15 minutes! I am a new owner of 2 previously owned and slightly trained male, 8mth old blue nose pit bulls. I got one 2 months ago and the other last week. Both are very friendly and affectionate but not towards each other. They get along with my 2 pomeranians and hang out with our cat! I can't have the 2 pitbulls together at all. The first one won't have it. I am trying to learn how and what commands to use for absolute control to possibly avoid any fight.

I really appreciate the way you train your PITBULL, & are very honest about not being a BONIFIED TRAINER. Because I like your style. I don't want to have to give a Command out loud. All the Dog's I've ever trained were either by the Tilt of my head or hand movement.

Great video brother, and bo is beautiful. Good job showing yours and bo’s skills. We have a Pitt bull named bailey and she will be 15 this year. We rescued her at 3 months old and we have such a great bond she can tell what I’m thinking just by looking at me. It’s really an amazing thing. Bailey is the smartest dog I have ever owned, she truly is an amazing Pitt bull. When she is gone we will be rescuing 2 PITT BULLS because we are empty nesters now and have a fenced in yard and a great passion for bully breeds.

I've trained dogs for over 25 years..the pit bull is by far the hardest to get to stay focused. Although the black lab and pit mix was the best I worked with . Out of 20 dogs ..you can only most of the time find one with the drive , focus , and sheer will to want to learn , everyday when their eyes open . I fortunate to have one now. She is a 3 year old black lab pit mix . I speak to her in Cherokee when commanding. That. Dog would step infront of a train for me without blinking. All dogs can only be trained to a certain degree. It takes the trainer to bring out the rest. You can't be lazy training never stops until the day you have to put them in the ground. God gave us dogs to remind us how stupid we are and how good he is.
