I love this. AIUG was an idea created by some friends of mine as a joke about a year ago. I thought it had potential so I started spreading it around PDB, who would've thought it would eventually feature in a video?
I was hoping to eventually get the attention of the creator of the AIUG type ❤️ Thank you (and your friends) for coming up with this idea, I loved it and had to dedicate a video to it. But it also created an inner MBTI crisis within me 😅
To be honest, it was 100% on them, by the time I got more into the server we were in, it was already done. But I am glad the potential I saw in it was actually there.
I tested only putting in the neutral answers, too. And I got the ISTP-T. But when I did the same thing in French, German, Chinese, Japanese, and Hindi, I got the ISFP-T. Really interesting insight haha. AIUG probably stands for "Ain't I Ultimate Grandpa?" it's in question form because we are not evolved enough as a species to comprehend its eternal essence with declarative conviction. This is an apt description for our great-grandad Carl Jung. Also, I appreciate the shoutout! Cheers to another great video 💯
What's going on with the algorithm 🤯🤠 I feel like I need to reach out to the makers of the test. Maybe I'll do that. Very plausible meaning of AIUG, it seems to be a truly divine being with *codominant* cognitive functions. The codominance is my favorite part of this concept I think. Just imagine having Te-Fi-Ne-Si all equally well developed. Yaaay 🙃 A real shoutout (something related to your videos) will surely also follow! Also I'm planning to do more collabs. If you can imagine a collab with me at some point in the future, let me know!
@@basic-mbti haha I'll consider your offer. One day in the future we shall set something up! It'll be really funny to think about the editing style for said future collab...
@@mystamystic The possibilities are endless! Yesterday I wrote down a whole list of topic ideas, after a week of what felt like a creative block. So phew.
Great videos! I'm INFP, ENFPs are great people. Can you make videos on Socionics? I'm eventually going to have to with my friend but I'm INFP so it's going to take time because my friend is also INFP lol. Anyways lots of love!
I'm at 8.5, currently starting to fall down the socionics rabbit hole and I've only recently started trying to type people and characters now that i know the functions to a certain degree, can't wait to understand Model A better and actually use it and other models that might exist
Lol you broke the test. Additionally, it would be weird if you got that result every time you put all neutral. However, it might be even worse if you got a different type every time you hit neutral. In general if you're designing a survey you should have an error or something that takes into account that the person wasn't giving sensible or realistic answers to the questions.
They should have implemented the AIUG type, as an Easter egg for non-sensible answers. @mystamystic said in the comments below that French/German/Chinese/Japanese versions of the site will give you ISFP-T. Which is madness. I hope the makers of the test watch this video sometime.
I’m sorry, but I kindly ask you to read the theory before making claims. In MBTI, there are 16 official types, not 24. Ambiverts do exist, but MBTI doesn’t officially label them because the theory simplifies things into two main preferences for introversion or extraversion to help people understand where they generally lean. It’s important to remember that MBTI is a tool to give insight, but it doesn’t capture the full complexity of human behavior. To anyone new to MBTI, I recommend reading the theory in-depth and not trusting this video. Thanks for understanding!
I don't think ambivert could ever be added to mbti remember even if intps and entps are different only by a letter, their cognitive functions come in different orders. Ti Ne for INTP and Ne Ti for ENTP, if there's ambivertion but if there was it would mean the person if they were an ANTP would be using Ti as their first function 50% of the time then Ne 50% of the time as their main POV, meaning they'll see things differently and even inconsistently since they're constantly changing from using Ti as the main leader of their POV and then Ne as the main leader. Your main function, according to Carl Jung, is the water you swim in and you'll naturally use it and prefer it and it's the savior of your cognitive function stack so it's basically impossible to constantly switch naturally between Ti and Ne because you'll naturally have a preference for only one. This can also be evolutionarily an advantage as it's way better to allocate your minds resources to a particular way of thinking then trying to even it out between all possible ways of thinking, like it is with being either left or right handed as it saves resources for the brain only to use one hand as the main hand naturally than to have two fully proficient hands which cost lots to maintain.
Yess! Jung is talking about it in "Psychological Types", indeed. I think it was the "Principal and Auxiliary Functions" chapter. I remember it so well because I've just released the book "Carl Jung For Gen Z", where I've "translated" his original book into a more modern form (www.amazon.com/dp/B0D29DY3BX). The ambidextrous example is in there as well.
I was hoping you would have some other infomation. I already read this. It's wrong. They don't know what they are talking about. Not about all the other types.
Where are you located on the introvert - extravert scale? Let me know.
On a scale of 1-10, 10 standing for total introvert (which is impossible to be iirc) I'd probably be a solid 8
Hey there. Miss your videos! Did life get busy? We need more Basic MBTI videos! Hope you're well.
I'm 75% introvert
Also.. What could AIUG possibly stand for? Ambiverted Intelligent Unbothered Genius?

Tell them big thanks from me 😎
U is for Unrational, trust me
My mbti quiz said I'm a DILF
The 'D' is from 'Divert'?
Accordind to my studies, I am an ANFJ
Despite the A not being a thing in MBTI, I think this is a legit type 😎

Insightful information on the MBTI types! I encountered your channel through the RUclips algorithm by chance. Thanks for sharing! 🔥🔥🔥
I loved it! 😆 Great job as always! I wish there was a type ASOL (ah-sol). I could totally identify with this type.
Also, thank you! You made my day!
ASOL sounds like another new type that deserves to go viral! What does ASOL stand for? And yaay :) I loved your comment! It was really motivating.
Omg we have the same type...

Hey my old account is in this video for a split second! (2:31 top part of the screen)
Also I think A means Ambiverted, other than that I have no clue
Why do you have a new account now? Yeah A for Ambivert is definitely the most solid meaning
@@basic-mbti If you look at the AIUG you'll see this guy with that message now
You won't believe me but I actually did that and I got ISTP. Probably because ISTPs know how to break that test

there is a BOOK which describe another TWO additional MBTI types, please MAKE VIDEOS of them, since no other youtuber do, the book is "the nine dots''
