Honestly it's our traditional food-Baursak in Kazakhstan. Many people know that. Read history about our traditional bakery. Our kazakh people eat it with tea and milk,airan -kefir mainly. But also it can be eaten with other drinks like juice and etc. In an ancient times people ate baursak by putting it into the soup-sorpa. I must say that an old people some of them still do it.
