Hi Winnie, I have had full 3 on 6 treatment, and I also live in Northern Kentucky. 😊 Unfortunately right now they do not have a clinic near us. I went out to Utah for my surgery, but there is a licensed provider as close an Michigan. ❤ Here is a list of their current locations.

I love it; if the teeth they do smaller and not too white!!,...my opinion, (some R to big teeth and too white).. teeth are from bone or marfile, teeth R almost white!!.,, what is the cost? for top once, and/or bottom, then remover of ea piece?, or whole package!!??.
It starts at around $20k for the upper or lower. With good credit this can be financed for as low as $350/month. The provider usually recommends a natural color but often the patients prefer to go whiter, and we respect the patient's choice. Give us a call at 801-590-8694
