Teeth are so important for mental and physical health… almost more mentally. I don’t care if this an ad. It’s so so so helpful to so many people who can’t even eat or smile.
Implants cost $3000.00 each so if you need top and bottom extractions that's $24,000.00 just for the implants. Then you will need 3 bridges for the top and 3 for the bottom. The cost for a total of 6 bridges will depend on whether they are made from Acrylic or Zirconia or some other material. If you choose to get bridges just remember that the part of the bridge is pushed or resting against your gums and as you age, your gums will shrink and that causes them to recede away from the bridge which causes a gap that will appear to to look black. So if you have a big smile that shows your top gums, keep this in mind. I am giving my honest opinion. Another thing you should research is after you have your extractions whether both top and bottom or only top or bottom. Some people do not have a perfect or a normal inclusion. (inclusion-how gums meet together when you bite or close them together) When you have all teeth extracted the best scenario is that gums meet together. If so, your options and possibilities for best results are much greater. I was in shock to see that when I closed my gums together. My top gums in front set back at least 1 half inch further. It was due to gone loss only from having teeth removed that day. Prior I had all my top teeth. I wondered how I could wear a bridge like this and I wasn't a candidate or so I was told. But with the All On4 concept. They were able to build the gum area up and out so my permanent Avoclar Vivadent Hybrid bridge would come out over my bottom teeth again like normal. They are beautiful but like I said. I'm gonna temp now and when final restoration is finished it will look amazingly more natural to me but to everyone even as if now, they just think I have bottom andbstop veneers. I do on bottom since I was able to keep my rea botto þeeth. So that's the short version of my story in wealth of the information I've gained. Hope that's help to others. If you can get to Mexico they have first class dentists most who were schooled here in America that can charge over 50% less and many have better equipment. My last visit to one here had to send me to another one to get xrays. smh

JohnBee .... this is bullshit cause bone grafting needs to get done BEFORE they place those pins!! Once the pins are in it takes another 4 months for the pins to grow into the jaw bone.... rushing ANY of these procedures is a recipe for disaster !!
I cried with these people. My teeth are a mess. They just break and all even while brushing my teeth. I have dentures on my 3 front teeth. I love eating but my teeth won't allow me to enjoy and chew the food well. So happy for them. Hoping that someday I'll have my best smile like them.
IT is such a damn good feeling to have a smile that shines....now it costs the price of a small house or an upscale car....this is such a discrepancy in reality. Well, still young and strong tho but he lost a lots of teeth so he cannot eat all food even when he want to.. He only can eat something easy to swallow like soup 😅 and that make him sad. Hi Stephanie! I love your name! This is exactly what I did to pay for mine. I actually had my top teeth done first. Had mini implants and a snap in denture done before I did any research. Well that was back in 2017. Since then I have lost nearly all of my bone and gum tissue on top. 😥 The mini implants are good to stabilize an existing denture, but not good to maintain your bone. Although without them I would be in much worse shape. I had the 3 on 6 done on my lower jaw last October, and I am sooooo happy with the outcome! I am about to have my upper snap in converted to an all on 6 at the Utah Smile Clinic in January. Dr Robert’s is fantastic! Anyways, I have saved up money, used some retirement, and then this next surgery I will finance. Im not sure about this type of restoration because common sense tells me that the tooth between the bridge without an implant with time the bone will re-absorb and the area in between will sink. You will have have a noticeable space in between implants. If it happens with real teeth I can imagine the same thing will happen with this type of work therefore the person ending up not smiling trying to hide the imperfections.
You can see my other comment Gato. My dad got his 5 years ago, and has the gaps between the implants on a full bridge on the bottom and 2 split ones on top. There is no shrinking in the gum or bone in between spaces. He does look after them very well and doesn't smoke which is great for gum health. He gets regular scans and isn't suffering bone loss. Bone growth is not confined to the area just around the implant itself, it does go beyond it and the gap between each implant is actually not very big so infilling is normal.

When I got one implant done, the dentist waited 3month to let it grow into the jawbone before putting a cap onto it. Is it save to do the whole procedure within one day??
A single implant can be treated differently than a full mouth. Research suggests and more doctors agree that when restoring a full arch of teeth, you can use cross-arch stabilization with the temporary teeth to protect the implants while they heal. We do the surgery in one day, but you receive temporary teeth and are on a soft foods diet for about four months while the implants heal. After four months you receive your final zirconia teeth which you can use for chewing.

Hi Robert. I imagine you're referring to follow up cleanings? Most patients are recommended to get a cleaning every 6 months. The cleanings are similar to a regular cleaning and check up, and depend on the office, around $100-$200.

Yes! We actually just had a patient in our Utah office yesterday that had some implants from a snap-on denture and we were able to use some of the implants in the restoration. It will depend on the placement and type of implants (not all can be used) but we do all we can to use existing implants if possible.
I need both arches. It saddens me to admit that I’m not just embarrassed by my teeth; I have allowed the humiliation to turn me into an antisocial hermit. I can’t remember the last time I intentionally looked in a mirror. Eating is so painful that I’ve started losing weight( 225lbs to 150 in a couple of years). Every couple of months, I have to pound antibiotics to stop an infection bad enough to swell one of my eyes shut. I have a couple of complicating factors and I’m not sure if the disqualify me for this procedure. I have an underbite and I have had several teeth pulled a long time ago, so there’s quite a bit of bone loss.

An insurance company in California is flying customers to Mexico and paying for airfare and lodging just so they can get pharmaceutical drugs at 10% the price in the US. People routinely cross the border for medical and dental care and it's far cheaper than the system we live under in the US.
JohnBee .... this is bullshit cause bone grafting needs to get done BEFORE they place those pins!! Once the pins are in it takes another 4 months for the pins to grow into the jaw bone.... rushing ANY of these procedures is a recipe for disaster !!
I cried with these people. My teeth are a mess. They just break and all even while brushing my teeth. I have dentures on my 3 front teeth. I love eating but my teeth won't allow me to enjoy and chew the food well. So happy for them. Hoping that someday I'll have my best smile like them.
IT is such a damn good feeling to have a smile that shines....now it costs the price of a small house or an upscale car....this is such a discrepancy in reality. None of what is made of or how to do it should be priced to the point of a second mortgage....pure joy seeing these people finally feeling good about themselves....bravo.

There are a lot of people out there who have lost a lot of close relatives, friends, and been led so astray by wolves in sheep's cloths, not to mention companies like Chevy who think it's fine to make plastic thermostat housings in vehicles because it saves a few cents to get back at those who can't afford their trucks. We can only do our best and help all those whom we can and it's typically the empaths who take the brunt of the blows to our own health.
I'm just ready to be able to smile again and not be left susceptible to falling out fillings, abscesses that mess with my entire body, especially my heart and brain, root canals, only to have it all whittled to nothing eventually.
Seeing this is truly inspiring and I just pray blessings continue for the doctors who use this and the ones who start to implement this technique and product.

Awsum! But i would ask for longer upper teeth to compensate for the bone loss. Most of these people still have no visible upper teeth when they talk which makes them look toothless defeating the whole purpose of going through all that.

I love to watch how people reaction when they have a new teeth and can smile again. You see, I have a 60years old father.. Well, still young and strong tho but he lost a lots of teeth so he cannot eat all food even when he want to.. He only can eat something easy to swallow like soup 😅 and that make him sad. I can see in his eyes,he always make a fake smile and walk away but we cannot help him,make him happy again and smile often like he use to be..he is a great man, he work hard, he is very sporting father.. we just don't have that kind of money to go dentist for a new teeth 😁😅 when i watch they happy,smile with tears..i wish that i can make my dad smile in tears like that too when he have new teeth one day..anyway, lots of love from malaysia 😊😊😊

Hi Stephanie! I love your name! This is exactly what I did to pay for mine. I actually had my top teeth done first. Had mini implants and a snap in denture done before I did any research. Well that was back in 2017. Since then I have lost nearly all of my bone and gum tissue on top. 😥 The mini implants are good to stabilize an existing denture, but not good to maintain your bone. Although without them I would be in much worse shape. I had the 3 on 6 done on my lower jaw last October, and I am sooooo happy with the outcome! I am about to have my upper snap in converted to an all on 6 at the Utah Smile Clinic in January. Dr Robert’s is fantastic! Anyways, I have saved up money, used some retirement, and then this next surgery I will finance. I love what you said, if you want them make it happen!!!!! 💕❤️ I have several videos on my channel if you are interested. Im not sure about this type of restoration because common sense tells me that the tooth between the bridge without an implant with time the bone will re-absorb and the area in between will sink. You will have have a noticeable space in between implants. If it happens with real teeth I can imagine the same thing will happen with this type of work therefore the person ending up not smiling trying to hide the imperfections.
You can see my other comment Gato. My dad got his 5 years ago, and has the gaps between the implants on a full bridge on the bottom and 2 split ones on top. There is no shrinking in the gum or bone in between spaces. He does look after them very well and doesn't smoke which is great for gum health. He gets regular scans and isn't suffering bone loss. Bone growth is not confined to the area just around the implant itself, it does go beyond it and the gap between each implant is actually not very big so infilling is normal.

Hi Robert. I imagine you're referring to follow up cleanings? Most patients are recommended to get a cleaning every 6 months. The cleanings are similar to a regular cleaning and check up, and depend on the office, around $100-$200.

Yes! We actually just had a patient in our Utah office yesterday that had some implants from a snap-on denture and we were able to use some of the implants in the restoration. It will depend on the placement and type of implants (not all can be used) but we do all we can to use existing implants if possible.
I need both arches. It saddens me to admit that I’m not just embarrassed by my teeth; I have allowed the humiliation to turn me into an antisocial hermit. I can’t remember the last time I intentionally looked in a mirror. Eating is so painful that I’ve started losing weight( 225lbs to 150 in a couple of years). Every couple of months, I have to pound antibiotics to stop an infection bad enough to swell one of my eyes shut.
I have a couple of complicating factors and I’m not sure if the disqualify me for this procedure. I have an underbite and I have had several teeth pulled a long time ago, so there’s quite a bit of bone loss.
