I really don't know why they are so against making the game on the PC when their other franchises are also on PC like Madden or FIFA.
I get their budget is lower, but I feel like they can make a lot of money selling to PC since there is no major hockey game on PC except for maybe Slapshot Rebound.
And if the reason is mods, then I don't know why it is still selling their more popular games on PC if they can mod that too.

The same thing that happened to Johnny back in 2016 is happening to Nasher now. Once any of the creators start talking about how the games suck and they are the same product year after year they cut them from their team and replace them with someone else who will drink their KoolAid. Its sad to see
How many times have they promised us better "hockey IQ" and never deliver? Aa long as the defense ignores passing lanes and the offense just stands still refusing to move, I don't want to hear EA make ANY claims that their game has IQ at all.

@@bradbelanger3967 I believed that last year, but the decisions this dev team made with the exhaust engine and total controls quickly made me lose faith in them. They might actually have less sense than the old team.
I want EA to update when coming out of the locker room. I want them to add players coming out of the locker room and cut scenes in the locker room.
I also want to see better fans they have been the same for quite a while its time to get the full atmosphere with realistic croud and the goal songs. i wish they would add the actual goal songs.

looks like they’re buffing the one timers again, years ago people moaned and complained about cross creases and one timers being too overpowered so they nerfed it so now people complain about the goalies being too overpowered, i think you can guess what the new complaint in 2025 will be, this community will never be happy
I feel that the cross crease one timers are evenly matched, you can't just score everytime that way, forcing you to try different plays, kinda like real actual hockey, what is stupid is all of the glitchy goals, like beating teams playing the glitches, and winning against them, skill vs no skill
A perfect one tee should go in once in a while, it sucks when you one tee it fully open woth the one tee perk and it never goes in

Everything they said in The frame by frame is related to the game this year. They’ve released a teaser that there will be modes added to woc and hut. They are adding some stuff to the franchise mode and possibly BAP

I’m a huge devils fan and a big rangers hater. I love that they used the Hughes brothers. I actually met the entire devils team because I’m such a big fan. My dad build the devils managers house. I get a lot of free tickets and everything. So exited for Jack and Luke to be on a cover. Especially because Luke is so young. NHL 25 will be great.

The zone control feature would be nice if it actually worked. Tired of rolling the puck over and over getting the goalie fatigued just for him to save a one timer from a foot away on the back door.

I mostly only play Franchise mode, Be a pro mode and EASHL. Some additions and subtractions I would like to see consist of:
A GM legacy tab where you can view your success, statistics, and maybe even a level system that provides benefits to trading, contract negotiation with both players and staff, player development and more. Franchise mode is basically the same mode the last 4 years or more. I also want this coaching system to either be removed all together or changed to allow players to develop and learn new coaching systems. If I hire a coach I should be able to train a player to better mesh with that coaching system. Instead right now if a player doesn't fit your system you have to trade him and acquire someone who does. This is a huge problem because most players in the game have similar scheme fits and a lot of coaches have things like hold line or dump for example which very few players have.
Both Be a Pro and Franchise need negotiating for resigning and free agency. Why cant I go back to a team that offers me a contract as a free agent and say give me more money or longer term or even ask for performance bonuses? Same thing in franchise mode. The current iteration is very shallow and more depth would make both modes more unique for subsequent play throughs. Also, fix the stupid, unnecessary conversations between you and your teammates. They interrupt the sim like every other day and it just makes the entire experience tedious. Either remove it entirely or better yet add an option to disable certain types of conversations. Another thing for that frustrates me is you always play as a superstar. You cant simulate as a 4th or 3rd liner for very long. I would love if they allowed you to choose your role you want to play. Meaning if I want to play as a 4th line PK specialist or a career backup goalie then that's my role and my potential never grows beyond that. It would be easy to do, rather than automatically giving you a Franchise or Elite potential, cap it at like Top 9 fwd or Top 6 defence. Leading into this your role never really changes throughout your career. You basically stay 90 plus ovr the entire time until the game forces you to retire. One last thing, why cant you play an entire season in the juniors anymore? Its also almost impossible (I haven't been able to do this) to be sent down to the minors. At one point in Be A Pro, you could get drafted 1st overall but if you had a bad preseason you would get sent back to junior or the minors. That doesn't seem to happen anymore.
Lastly EASHL. This may be controversial but I actually hate the Zone and Superstar abilities. I think the game mode was better without them. Its incredibly hard to balance these abilities and most people just take advantage of the broken ones, like elite edges and truculence, and so on. If you have played the mode you know the others that are broken. I would prefer they go back to the skill point system and also bring back the ability to change things like stick flex and curve, skate blades for better edge work or straight line speed. I think it would make for a much more unique play style.
Sadly none of this will ever happen because HUT is all that EA cares about.

I’m actually super excited for the new game I played 24 maybe 5 times never liked or got used to the new controls but I have high hopes I just want classic innovations like EA used to give us. My favorite skating position is the Mohawk and seeing that as a big part of the game makes me excited. Please EA don’t let us down

Cool concept for the cover having all three of them. Honestly they should just be releasing DLC for no more than 20 bucks every year until they have enough of a shift to make a $70 release. Just not worth the money to keep getting these every year for the games being so similar.
