The movie is unforgettable. It was everything. Not a single frame, or second was wasted, considering how long the movie was. It's amazing, beautiful, epic, emotional, immersive, and absolutely worth the wait since the first Avatar. This is a saga that is not just hype, it's the real deal. James Cameron gave us the ultimate cinematic experience.
We need an extended cut version. Make it 4 hours.
i love the way you described this.
this response captures exactly how i feel
She did not stutter! Agree with everything!
April fool must be a bot.
She really did her research. Such compelling questions! It's always a good sign when James Cameron is impressed and the actors get excited about the questions 😂
Totally agree. It's actually hard to find now and these interviews are really interesting!
I'm really thankful they kept Sigourney in the film. Her voice as Kiri was really satisfying after being such a huge fan of the first one ❤
FINALLY someone who FULLY gets it oml, when you see the bitchy whiners your comment is salvation.
I loved the way Zoe talked about Sam. That is just wholesome. What an amswer. 🥺
I didn’t expect that. That was so genuine. loved it!
❤
She is the best interviewer I’ve seen. So natural and comfortable feeling. Amazing job!
I agree, such a good interviewer. Its great since i really like Avatar so much. its so refreshing to listen to quality answers from these quality questions.
I think she's an amazing interviewer, and I'm happy the editors trusted in her qualities enough to bring her into the shot as much as it was needed. However, I can tell she feels she's under a lot of pressure and her ear piece is interfering with her conversations. Especially with James Cameron she was nervous, you can hear that her voice is strained and that she doesn't know what to say to some his in-between comments and quickly develops the habit of talking over them just to get her question out. Obviously, anyone would be nervous when talking to the face of the whole operation so no blame there
@@gerbendekker3273 no one wears an ear piece for a junket
Very true...!!! The interviewer did such a high quality & well-researched interview...!!!
... Always love being immersed in the world of Avatar. Watching this movie in 3D _AND_ on the giant screen is the best way to experience that world...!!!
Agree. I've seen the movies 3 times in theatre and it is worth it. I cried everytime seeing they burried Neteyam and when Jake communicating to Neteyam thru souls tree in the ocean. I love this movie more than Avatar 1.
I have to agree, it's only the second time I've enjoyed a sequel more than the first (Frozen II is the other one lol) and I was surprised but blown away. It was well worth the wait.
Lovely fantastic incredible movie ❤️❤️❤️.
@@HB-ey2dkimagine the other fans who died in the span of 13 yrs that didn’t get to see the sequel, cause my older brother was one, and he died in a car accident 5 yrs ago😢
@@TheHiveMind8 well that just made me depressed. I'm sorry to hear about that 😔 but you're right, the older fans that were waiting for a sequel and didn't get to see it is a bummer.
Glad I'd didn't read your comment all the way through..You should put spoil warning as the 1st sentence jeesh lol...I better get out of these comments.
the way the interviewer just transforms her personality to fit each interviewee's age and profession really amazes me.
Sam feels like this wise grandpa who just supports everyone around him and is a warm person to be with. Haha.
Sam and Zoe are the greatest duo ever, I love them so much!!
This is probably one of the best interviews I’ve ever seen she really knows her stuff and asked really good questions really enjoyed it
it's so sweet to hear zoe talking about sam in a very genuine way
So glad they haven't forgotten about Alita: battle angel . Such an amazing movie. Really hope the sequel comes to fruition😆
Agreed!
Amen
indeed......I enjoyed it allot......thanks for mentioning..
I liked that movie.
Loved that movie so much
The young lady that plays Tük is one of the most thoughtful and articulate artists working today. That girl can do anything she sets her mind to.
I love this movie with all my heart. Ever since I saw it I couldn’t stop thinking about it, it didn’t even feel like 3 hours watching it. I could literally watch a 10 hour Avatar and completely lose the track of time💙
Cool
Me too😁
I have watched this movie earlier and i thought 3 hours will be too long but its not. Every second of the movie mezmerizes me, every scene, the beautiful underwater cg + physical scene that was new to my perception concept of life.
For the characters, I was really rooting for the tribes & sea creatures of Pandora rather than ruthless future humans.
Zoe Saldana & senior actress who played as teen deserves to have major award (lets don't hype as jury never choose hyped). My jaw was dropping in 3d animation like it was real life of an exoplanet like earth. Gosh.
"Senior actress"? It's Sigourney Weaver. Ok, she is older now, but calling her senior is a bit rude🙈 I do agree with everything else.
I didn't like that they couldn't bring back Grace in her avatar at the end of the 1st film so I was happy to hear they are brining Sigourney back. Her now playing a teenager made me doubtful (prior to sering the film) if it would work, but I'm glad; I adore Kiri! Hopefully she will make it through the next sequels despite her condition🙏🏻
I think everyone did a great acting job and I would especially like to add Kate to the two you mentioned
Agree didnt even fell like 3 hours
@@Teaspooncatshe’s over 65 so in America at least she’s a senior citizen but it’s not rude to say that
@@Plaspos I don't know.. it sounded disrespectful calling her a "senior person" instead of looking up her real name which doesn't even take more than a minute. That is putting her age at the forefront instead of her name or who she is as a person which is more important
This is a very well-done collection of interviews. The interviewer asked great questions.
Very rarely have I gone through an hour interview without pausing or glancing at the time. Solid solid interviews with brilliant questions and the answers are so insightful and informative.
What a cerebral and emotional interview. Such pride and love in their work that inspire me so much, such love and respect among the cast and team. I am educated. You are such a gifted and skilled interviewer. I cried listening to a few of them talk here. A magical casting of actors too. I cannot imagine anyone else playing their roles.
Every character was refreshing how even the originaly characters had such development into their survival settings/parenting. Each child has its own personality and backstop and where they fit in the family
I really like this interview! Amazing interviewer and creative questions! It is really comfortable and not awkward like many other interviews. It was amazing! 👍🏻
Just knowing they think about making video games so we can be a part of this world makes me want to cry, I don't care what people say about it
Yes avatar frontiers of pandora
They did a great job with this film. The effects were so polished.
Great interview. Challenging questions that captivate the actors and push them to answer spontaneously without repeating the same answers as in previous interviews.
Loved the interviewer!! She asked such compelling questions and was very considerate of each of the actors she interviewed!
I hope so much that they get to make all the other films. These two movies make me dream of beautiful places for months!
These were great interviews, with such in depth questions. Can’t wait to see the movie. Is it just me or do Bailey and Jamie remind you of a younger version of Zoe and Sam. Just based off mannerisms and how they interact with each other.
Yup! Bailey teaching young Lo’ak the water ways and making fun of his Naivety is gold.
anyone else watching every avatar content there is? LOL
same
me hahaha
Yes! Same! All I can think about is... I gotta get back in the theatre ASAP and go back to Pandora! Haha
@@Starr_Apathy I will back to the theatre and rewatch it, it was so good!
The interviewer is AMAZING! she handled each cast member perfectly and had great questions
What a glorious ensemble….
Congrats to the interviewer for doing such a high quality & well-researched interview...!!!
... Love being immersed in the world of Avatar. Watching this movie in 3D _AND_ on the giant screen is the best way to experience that world...!!!
From the fact how incredible all the makers of the film and actors are to the truly charismatic, eloquent and spontaneous this gorgeous interviewer is I am so amazed and can't wait to see the movie. All the stories told are so phenomenal, bravo 👏👏👏💙🌊
I’ve watched the first part a thousand time and never getting tired of it. Saw the second part in theaters. Now I can’t wait to buy it to watch it a thousand + times too. 😊
Please watch it in a movie theater, you would really really travel in time to a world of dreams
I wanted more Titanic in Way of Water lmao. Sigourney nailed her teenage character. One of the best characters in Avatar 2.
Wow, the quality of the interviews is phenomenal, these questions are well-researched and show a profound understanding of the interviewees. Well done to the interviewer and the team!
such an amazing interviewer, it’s so rare, great job! ❤❤
THIS INTERVIEW DESERVES MILLION VIEWS 👌
This movie is unforgettable is something that am still processing and is like I want to see more and I can’t wait to see what’s next
aww Zoey's testimony abt Sam 🥺
Quarich was a character ya loved to hate and the actor is so nice. You almost forget how well he plays the villain he’s so nice.
Great interview .
That Alita Battle Angel teaser at the end though.
The "Pandoran kangaroo" bit absolutely sent me. I am giggling like a child Lol. Trinity is such a freakin delight.
NIKKI NOVAK is a fantastic interviewer....so energetic and engaging! Easy on the eye which also helps :)
The whole cast is so awesome but Jake and Neytiri have to be so some of my favourite movie characters of all time
Nice interview Nikki Novak. That was delightful.
Great interviewer- she asked probing, well thought out questions. Sometimes at these press junkets, the interview is just 5 minutes of giggling and small talk.
After seeing the movie I’m super disappointed that Britain Dalton aka Lo’ak isn’t in this. He’s basically the star of the movie.
He has social anxiety, but I hope he will do some interviews in the future
Being successful artist that moves people is about being perfectionist and being super detail oriented.
She's such a good interviewer!
I am just in awe of Zoe. What a wholesome and supportive person.
I just seen the movie today it was incredible, the visuals and everything about the movie was just so good , and I was very impressed how far they came from the first movie , and the actors are the best they did so good and I am very proud of all of them , I love how they portrayed really realistic emotions for there characters , it was all so good . ❤❤❤❤
The movie is incredible. So magical ❤️
This is the best interviewer
Ahhh I always enjoy your interviews Nikki. Amazing job
To everyone involved in the creation of this Masterpiece - Congratulations and Thank you! I love the movie, watched it 3 times already (3D,IMAX and 4Dx) and the more I see it the more amazed I am of the details, the actors performance, the images, the animals and their connection to the Navi people… just awesome!! Thank you!
The film was a surreal experience, amazing stuff!
I watched the movie for the second time on IMAX this time. Honestly it still feels like watching it for the first time. I could see myself going a few more times in the cinema rewatching it all over again. Amazing movie
I cried a couple of times watching the second one 😭
Sigourney Weaver’s performance was the best of the film.
Hers and the “rebellious” son were the best.
Cant believe people complaining the movie is to long. To me it was satisfying my lust for more Pandora, seeing more of the scenery, wildlife etc. I would watch a 24 hour version if JC made one
22:07 Well Said Colonel !!
Love they’re friendly chemistry!❤
I have been waiting to see this movie since I saw the trailers. And I must say I wasn’t disappointed. It was an emotional roller coaster the whole time and I love it.
Excited for the sequels! Hope he can continue his ideas for Avatar!... and I welcome 3 hr movies to continue for this franchise haha
Really insightful interview! This Saga is something else!
You hear how loud Bailey bas was laughing when Jamie flatters said “no offence”
Sigourney is so real
This was such a great interview session.
21:38 "-maybe its time to make an adjustment..." I like the way he put that. Actor seems like a cool dude.
35:33 also seems like a cool dude.
Every second of avatar the way of water was amazing it was sad at the end but it was good the best movie I ever watch and I think think the story about protecting your family
Great Job Nikki Loved watching these!
I WATCHED IT YESTERDAY' I LOVE IT SO MUCH 😍 💕 💗
39:17
Yo, editors at Fandango! The character in these shots is Lo'ak played by Britan Dalton. Jack Champion's character is Spider, he's the human teenager who looks like Tarzan. Pick up your slack, ok?
Not to mention, the audio is mixed super quiet.
what a great interview
Just went to this movie yesterday in 3D. I loved it.
You guys are SO AWESOME 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁
actors really are something bc the way i would’ve folded and fallen in love filming the first movie 😭😭
I loved every second of this!!! Great questions and answers
I really want to be in an Avatar movie. Either four or five cause I think 3 is already filmed? 😊😅
OMG HE REFERENCES NATURE DEFICIT DISORDER!!! (at about 27:00). NDD is the basis of Richard Louv's books Last Child in the Woods and The Nature Principle (every environmental educator I know has read these). Avatar 1 and 2 are, at the core, about our connection to the natural world.
Awesome world building, excellent CGI, terrific characters we want to revisit.
Good interview! Awesome behind the scenes look at the creative minds who built this story.
This is the Best movie James Cameron has ever done. He will always be my favorite artist. No other Director has pushed himself further in his craft each and every time he makes a new movie. He is the Howard Hawks of modern filmmaking. He is a genius of cinematic storytelling and a pioneer. Thank you James Cameron for making the impossible possible. 😃👍🐋🌊
Christopher Nolan much...
@@Ice.muffin Chris is overrated. His characters lack humanity. I think Cameron is the best of all.
great interviewer!!!
But why isn't Cliff Curtis here?
My favourite part was when Jake said lord on the horse cracked me up I fell on the ground giggle laughing lol I still remember it now and I’m still laughing lol
All I gotta say is this movie was espectacular it was worth the 10 yr wait I enjoyed every minute of it from start to finish if you really want the full experience go watch it in 3D
37:33 this is so cute (my little tuk)
21:40 He really learnt and is more fearesome as he is
31:10 Avatar 3 : Fire!!
Well the scripts have been written but I firmly believe that the fight between Jake and Miles should transcend into friendship in future films, they are after all marines, brothers in opposite sides but because what the Colonel sees and learns from his son he would end up supporting and part of the Na'vi; he has already started!! call me crazy but it is a feeling. If I am wrong but James reads this and gives him any ideas that would be great!😄
Is there a way to pin these comment or something? I wanted to come back and check you were right lol
@@marlenegerman6684 I can not pin the comment, only the channel owner can do that, I just hope I am alive to see it if they going to make it happen because it would not be until 4 or 5 part and also they may decide to do even more parts; the story can run really wild after several years with a whole new cast of actors other than the originals just like Star Wars did, I think the success and acceptance from the public for generations to come will be always there, so it is easy to dream of sequels where Pandora decides to go back to Earth to confront the threat to their planet right where it originates and neutralize it once and for all followed by sequels of how the two planets learn to co-exist with each other rather than be at war; this is a social approach worth of Cameron ingenuity and messages as only him can put it on the big screen as a message; the respect from humans first to themselves and their environment extended to outer space; a dream of our current generations and human mankind whole; let us not forget how the saga starts with humans uninvited exploiting Pandora then getting greedy about its resources; this very flaw or perk of human nature is the core that should be addressed in the sequels and would be nice to see it resolved, if only in the big screen! I almost feel and wish I could write the ideas or scripts myself but James would laugh in my face because If anyone can do this is James Cameron himself! for now until we see the movies it will be a mystery, hopefully it does not takes 2 lifetimes!
I was this years old when I learned that Sigourney Weaver's first name is really Susan.
Taking my son to see this in XD 3D today for his Birthday! Can't wait!
It is definitely worth it
Someone's missing... where's Lo'ak? :)
thank u 😅 i thought i was the only one that noticed. But i wonder why that was 🤔
@lilymonaghan9631 he was probably busy
8:23 James is so creative
I’m seeing the movie again tomorrow😁
Ok this interviewer is really impressive!
Sam's laughter 😂😂😂
Why has Britain Dalton been absent from all the group interviews and red carpet events?
The younger cast members were not contractually obligated to participate in the press tours. For whatever reason, he opted not to.
he’s out Tulkan riding somewhere
zoe is such a beautiful person inside and out
Interesting that many of the Sea Clans and the film in general follow the basic precepts of Taoism. Lao Tzu would approve of the N'avi. Alita II? YES, PLEASE!
Gonna re-watch this movie again next weekend
As of 5 Feb 2023. Avatar 2 is the 3rd highest gloss film of all time!!
