Are there stretches that can help you with that last two. Or is it a matter of doing what you can and with time it can happen. I am not even getting close.
Hi, thanks for the video. It's very helpful. I followed step by step and encountered a problem. In the last stretch, when I turned to the left side twisted. Instead of feeling the IT band stretch to the hip on the right. I felt more stretch on my right back to my right shoulder. Does anyone know what part I was doing wrong?

There is approximately 10 inches between my top knee and bottom ankle in fire log pose... any recommendations on closing that gap?

Stop Sugar and sugar substitutes. And do intermittent fasting. Hope you get relief dear.
