What an unbelievable beauty. Nothing is built that well in todays world and it will be a real crime if this home is not saved. Just gorgeous details. That upstairs room with all of the positive affirmations is priceless. The barn was even amazing. Thank you so much Brandon for sharing this one of a kind explore. Stay safe.
Brandon thank you for showing this gem. I just hope this old beauty is saved, before the rummage fairies get to it! No wonder they needed a chore calendar with the maze of rooms you could forget what you already did!
This house is the most beautiful house I've seen yet! I love the old homes. They just don't build houses that good anymore. Great video Brandon! Thanks!
Hi Brandon. Those beautiful decorations on the ceiling are called ceiling medallions. Back before electricity, it was put there on to hide the ring of black soot from the hanging oil lamps. Such a beautiful home. All the different levels were interesting. I can just imagine how hot it would be up there without air conditioning. That. room in the barn cool. Too bad it’s not being used.
I absolutely LOVE the top floor! I would not mind living there, sleep in a different colored room each night! Especially the yellow room, since it’s my favorite color! That is my favorite find so far! Thanks Brandon!
Humbly 116 when I clicked. The wood work in the place is freakin beautiful! That control on the floor might have been a hotair duct control This house mostly used every form of lighting, from candle, acrosine, gas and electric. The counters do look like they may have been the original flooring. Servant stairs. I would have made that one bath in the kitchen family area more private lol. That's bathroom at the top of the stairs oddly could have been the space for the very first bathroom installed into the house. That was most likely originally servants quarters. Amazing House! Keep Orange Crushing It!!!
A grand old house! The top floor bedrooms would've been so cozy. Were you able to stand up straight in all of those rooms? Thank you for bringing us this amazing find! Stay safe.
Reminds me of Anne of Green Gables. I hope they save it. It’s gorgeous. I think I’m in love. A little work and wow wow wow it could be amazing.Awesome find and great job showing it. Love your channel.❤
New subscriber here…I have been binge watching your videos lately! I really admire how you pay attention to every detail of each home! I don’t know why you don’t have more subscribers! Excellent job…on to the next explore! 👏🏻
Thank you very much for the Sub! And trust me, I really don't know why I haven't gotten more subs either! Hopefully that changes! 👊🏻 Thank You So Much For The Great Message And All Your Support! 🤩❤️
So happy to see it in that cool condition, so many nice features. The arches, kitchen color and wood. The yellow room natural lit reminds me of the room we'd stay in visiting relatives as a kid.
Very nice house. I like the knotty pine wood floor and the old style windows and doors. I like how they modernized it, but still kept the old charm to it. That liquor that you were asking about., Bolts parfait armor, is good. It’s sweet and has an orange vanilla flavor to it. Great explore Brandon!
That was way cool Brandon!! Loved the windows! Wonderful details! I really loved this one!😊Thanks for showing it. I always look forward to your next one!!!👏💜✌
Wow love those old farm houses 🏘️🏡 so sad that was someones dream house and they walked away from it that place would be so awesome 😎💯 if they stained all that trim I wonder if it was originally excellent explore
Love it. What a beautiful house and property. Love the positive room. And the blue tile.❤ I really hope it will be saved. Thank you for another awesome explore. ❤
This is an absolute beautiful home! I believe this is one of my favorites for sure!! Would love to fix it up and live there amongst all of the character that this home holds! Thank you for sharing this house with us!
I love this place! Especially the older part (the floors, woods)! And the property is beautiful too. I could easily live in any part of this place. Thanks Brandon. Stay positive 😂
So the house has an origanal kitchen also a new one as you cN tell. 😊 it's probably an add on. If the house was built in the late 1800s. It has they have to keep the old details. Pine floors ect. At least here in the South, Im not sure in Canada?!! OK I just noticed you posted a clip of The abandoned bill of rights can you post a pic instead? Unable to read. Thanks!!! Oh yeah the basement is flooded. Major damage can it be fixed without gr we at expenses? Nice boose collection!!!
Gosh darn what a beautiful old mansion with quite a few improper updates, if it were mine I'd salvage the trim, strip it and redo it period correct. I'd love to have seen the original light fixtures before they were removed. 4:20 Boiler/Furnace firebox damper to regulate combustion. 7:56 glad you lingered at the to do list for the apparent four servants (or were they family?), it was an interesting read. 9:54 😂 In case one forgets where the frypan goes 😂. 12:10 Mid century type brick work on the fireplace? 🤪 22:15 Iv'e always despised graffiti, especially when it's home owner approved, one of the sayings there read "persist until something happens" (good luck with that! 🤕). To each their own I guess! 23:08 From the other room I thought it was black mold at first. 25:04 looks like a hat but I'm not sure. 29:03 They did somthing right, though I'm a beer person. 34:22 Interesting old 7UP wooden crate sides. 35:33 They had it all, I'm somewhat envious, (Just kidding, I couldn't afford it all plus the "4 servants" to keep it clean). Your best home explored to date Brandon, worth more than one view! Yep! 🤠👍👍👍👍👍 (Sheew 😅! A lotta work went into this comment. I think I'll repost it pretty much verbatim when Uncapped Films posts his explore 😉)
WOW!! Such a Beautiful Home! I have really enjoyed your videos. You really show respect for the places you go to. Wish all explorers were like you. Keep 'em coming, but be careful and stay safe.
Brandon Abandoned thanks for sharing this video about this Phenomenal 1800's Farmhouse Once Used To Film Movies And TV Shows! ireally loved this placei home it going to e saed and God Bless
That home and property is very very nice and with some cleanup and some yardwork could be very nice again.🙂👍❤️ Is the place for sale I would not mind buying it and figuring out how to make the place pay for the mortgage. 🙂👍
Loved visiting my friend here when she lived here, that was only around a year ago, back in highschool she and her sister hosted the coolest Halloween parties here.

@@kenzy.lebolloch thank you for the message and I hope you are not upset at all by the video! It's a weird hobby that many people do and I make sure to be as respectful as possible! My parents moved us catholic raised kids from a catholic school in the city, to a public school in a small town 8 miles west of it, to a farm. NO bathroom, had to use a outhouse. A party line with like 5 other homes ringing into each other's homes with a different ring so you knew if it was for your house or not. No heat in the up-stairs where ALL the bedrooms were. We had to use electric blankets. During winter the windows were frosted over and had to scrape a spot to see out. They stayed froze over til winter was over. Went from mowing 30 minutes tops, to half a day mowing the yard. Started out with 100 chickens and a pregnant sow who had like 10 baby pigs while out in the pastures. Had to get mom and babies in to a barn and pen before she laid on then. Butchers our own chickens, beef, and pork. 😳 There was 2 older brothers and the oldest was already a adult so she didnt get the shock of everything like me and my brothers did. BUT you know what? I LOVED EVERY BIT OF MOVING TO THE FARM! It was a experience I'm happy to of experienced in my life. My father taught us kids everything and we had fun doing whatever we could come up with. I love seeing these old farms. So many memories. OH BTW... my father remodeled the place and yes there finally was a proper bathroom so no more outhouse! Everyday ould experience farm life. 😉❤
That round metal plate by the door is to change air flow. It's a damper I think it's called. It shuts the air flow on and off. Kinda like a chimney damper. If you don't open it on a fire place the room will fill with smoke. Nice huge place.
I. Like your. Shows on abandon houses talking about that big old blue house with two porches that's a beautiful house they need to let you move in there just keep the the Predators out and the Destroyers that messes the houses up. So you can keep them ran off stay safe God bless

I wonder if the stairs going down from the kitchen floor were the original exterior entry to the basement and when they built the addition they kept those stairs.
