No, for 4WS, you need to use a 3rd channel. Tank mixing is for mixing throttle and steering. I have not done 4WS on the NB4 yet, but it should be available.
I believe you don't need to mix a 3rd channel, I have the Frsky X-Lite radio and I only use 1 and 2 also I use +40% and -40% so It doesn't turn so sharpe but more smooth. Great video I'm thinking of getting that radio, How you like it? Thanks !!
I like it quite a bit, considering I don't have a lot of time with it. I got it for my RC Mower project (ruclips.net/p/PLAJRpgXvKSB2jEnKz9wPtJLemA2A6hemv) but ran out of funds at the end of the year. Hopefully I can continue working on it this spring. Note that I am using 3 MIXES, not 3 channels. It still only uses channels 1 and 2. I might try to make it work with less mixing in the future.
Thank you for this!!
We are building a battlebot, and trying to use this controller to mix the two throttle channels to also allow steering.
Very helpful! This is exactly what I was looking for. Thanks!!!
thank you very much ..!!
Thanks a lot... I have tried so often to find any solution for this.
You are the man. 🎉
Thank you for this
Thanks for the video!! I love the radio but mixing on it makes me all confused and I'm used to OpenTX from my Taranis
Thank you, works great
worked perfect for my Blizzard thank you. is here a way to add a small deadband as my steering POtentiometer doesn return to zero perfecly everytime
I tried it on my tank. Works but steering is reversed. I can't figure out how to reverse it.
Great vid. Is this the same setup for 4 wheel steer on crawlers???
