She seems very nicely balanced and well planted, Richard. At the end when you're jumping that curb, it was like landing on a cloud. Nice to see you running it, pal!
I cried a little at the end. What an epic rc car. Yours looks really good... I love the way this one handles. It's one of the last great pieces of American Ingenuity!
Out of the box set i was supprised it was easy to drive. The grass was a little to long. But next week we hit the grass track. And a few weeks later, onto astro 😎
It looks good and glad you got it all setup for racing. I did have to shake me head at the end, you turned the quick little run into now having an RC10 3-wheeler... I hope you are able to find the parts and get it fixed up quickly!
Great video. Bought a World's car re-issue a few years back and love it. Had to do some modifications to get the Stealth tranny to run correctly (bad QC on this kit) but now it runs great. It's just wild there is a book about a pro's RC car but when you grew up during that period, it makes total sense. I still remember the day the early 90s issue of RC Action showed up in mail box with the full-on up close shots of Masami's 89 Stealth car. It just blew my mind to see all of the custom work. Like I remember seeing all of the earlier "spy shots" and my friends and I arguing over some grainy photo. Then seeing pics of the 91 car later and seeing people build copies, it was like a deja vu moment with the 89. One of few times the actual reveal was more shocking than what you imagined. The 89/91 Stealth car completely changed the rwd 1/10 world. It's wild to to look at that chassis tech (custom cut carbon chassis, custom front/rear suspension, etc...) and remember that regular Team Associated team pros are still running black aluminum pans. Can't decide what livery I like most, Masami's or the Associated "Moo" deal (think it was Cliff Lett). Off to order both books. Take care.
I still haven’t finished my Buggy Champ 😂 (although I did get distracted as I had to strip my TD2, fit new gears and bearings ready for summer race season)
Thats a nice RC10, so fast ! Always cool to watch your videos Not sure yet if i want this as there are so many i want, i really want a Yokomo MO 2.0 but it is so expensive 😢
Lovely stuff! Can’t wait to get mine done and running , such nice buggy’s , are you going to bite the bullet and get an rc10T ? Nice work hope it’s goons on track for you :)
I want the rc10 T, but looks like its going to be a very limited run ? So i’ll prob miss out. And you can bet that there will be a few on ebay for a stupid amount 😡
Great video Richard. I was very tempted but decided to invest those funds elsewhere. I am still keeping my fingers crossed Tamiya do something special later this year (although it is Tamiya 😂🤣) Can’t wait to see the running video at the track pal
Cheers, yeah. I wad on the fence, but ive moved the JJ ultima on so needed another 2wd car to fit in the early age group. Topcat and rc10 are staying, for now 😂
Great video. Can I just ask about servo horn. I know kit doesn’t come with one. Would a servo horn that typically gets supplied with a Futaba or Savox servo be suitable?
I love your car and always appreciate your videos! Kudos to them for rereleasing the car but shame on Associated for being a bit greedy and not including bearings in a 300usd+ car. Some may not care but this is first and foremost a racing car…..
@@lo2713 Thats right there was a version with and without bearings. I passed on the 40th because i was lucky enough to get the 2013 Classic Rc10 AND I’m saving for the rc10t that I hope they release soon!

Yeah, hopefully it jumps just ad good on the track, i was tempted to keep it as a shelfer, but having never built or driven a gold pan. I had to 😎

One of the few areas of technology where America actually surpasses Japan.

Great looking car and glad the weight turned up for the vid 👍🏻
Came next day, but compleatly forgot to tell you 😂 more indepth video next time 👍

Thanks, yeah ive built a worlds rere. Was a few littl issues. But heard some storys about there build ?
Cool buggy. Thanks for showing👍
Cheers on the track next weekend 👍
Little run = blasting on the grass then on the street with jumps and a final crash 😅 Looks great and all the best for the races 👍🤝
Yeah 😂 front axle is held in with an e-clip, so its all sorted now. Was worried i had broke something. It seems to jump well aswell
Some risky nice driving through that gate! slick!😀 Lamp post got you at the end though😂
Yeah 😂 i thought it was going to be the gate that would get me, see how it runs on the track next weekend 👍
@@lo2713 😃. Car looks great though. Bit flimsy on the chassis, that's not great but I still love it.
Looks sweet 👌 great job looking forward to seeing it run 😁
Me two, was good on the long grass, hopefully its just as good on the track 🤞

😂 worlds longest build lol
Thanks for the RC 10 insights. Ive been a dyed in the wool Kyosho Ultima fan, so its great to see what re-re buzz is for the 10.
Yeah, schumacher is go to, but this seems to drive great with pretty much a box set up 😎

Turned out perfect!

I do preffere it, and with it being a limited run car a manual would of been great
Goes well 👍
Yeah, hopefully goes aswell on the track 🤞
I want to run mine more but want a chassis protector first
I think there is one just out now. But gaffa tape would prob be the better option to really protect it.

I wouldn't have gone box art on this vehicle because it's not Japanese brand.
