- Wilma’s Famous BBQ in Dolton , IL a south suburb of Chicago is back! After a fire destroyed the original location they have rebounded to a bigger and more modern space and are cranking out some good BBQ. Rib tips, spare ribs, turkey tips, Chicago style wings, fried shrimp, tasty sides, and a whole lot more is offered at Wilma’s. There are also two grills one for pork and another for the other products. So there is no cross-contamination for those that may have any type of food restrictions. I was there a couple weeks ago. I got a bucket of rib tips. These were some of the best I have ever had. They put a small layer of fries on the bottom of the bucket. I assume that was to soak of the grease. I have never seen that before. I like it. I am working on a project in Dolton. I plan on going back.

The Meat's look 🔥 but the macaroni and cheese looks bland and the greens come straight out of a can
