Quick question.. how would I know if my non bowling arm drops too fast? Im not exacrly sure what the threshold is. Could the non bowling arm be tucked as the bowling arm reaches above horizontal? Or would both arms be ideally forming a line? Im curious about this as my bowling arm delay is really bad, but im concerned that delaying it will break my sync. Although i guess in that case I would do best with these drills to resync them :)
