This is like one of those stories you read on wattpad lmao "Kidnapped to be sold at an auction to a rich man. But made one of the leaders fall in love with me. I'm sleeping in his bed, and he respected my no when he came onto me"
That’s exactly what I was thinking lol. The whole dark mafia man who commits heinous crimes, but also has an arbitrary moral code about women is such a fanfiction thing. Why would human traffickers who sell woman and children to be abused and killed care if they had young kids?
I won't lie, I've lately stepped away from most true crime content lately due to just how depressing hearing about murders and other horrific crimes can get, so I'm thankful that you're covering more bizarre crimes rather than gruesome ones, thanks for the vids!!
agreed. When you're a true crime junkie it's a great idea to take a break now and again. Sometimes I just have to re-center myself before I jump back into those channels. It's great for the mental health.
Yeah, after awhile I realized how scared of the world it was making me. Excessively looking around when taking my dog out to use the restroom at night, getting up multiple times to make sure I locked all my doors, hearing some random (innocuous) noise and finding it hard to sleep...finally I said enough when I felt it necessary to set "boobietraps"* in front of my bedroom door before going to bed. * random shit that would be noisy if someone stepped on them or bigger items that would make a lot of sound if someone tried moving them I was never a paranoid person but some of the cases I've heard...how could someone not be. But once I stopped listening to them I slowly got back to normal (er, "normal" being the healthy amount of paranoia a woman in the world usually has: keys between the fingers when going to the car type stuff). It made me think though, how many other people is this effecting, whether consciously or subconsciously, overtly or covertly? I mean, I'm sure a lot of people don't take it as far as I did but to think it doesn't effect us on some level, like maybe with how we see people, interact with them, treat them. I've done a lot of solo traveling and plan to go again one day but I've definitely been more anxious about it than ever before. Especially since I travel using sites like WWOOF and HelpX (they're sites that link you up with hosts who give you room and board for volunteer work). Ive met so many amazing people who have been unimaginably nice to me on my journeys and who have allowed me to experiences things and culture I never could have any other way and I hate to think that I, or the people like the ones who have hosted me, are slowly becoming more suspicious and less open to others or new experiences.
Lol and imagine her thinking that a busty blonde Englishwoman could just casually blend into a rural Italian town and not get instantly noticed, especially when her face was plastered all over the news at the time. And the press conference? Acting like being kidnapped and sex trafficked was just a casual thing and preparing a generic statement like it's a term paper that's past due. Ridiculous.
@@AYVYN No it went to court the kidnappers were sentenced to 16 and 12 years proving she told the truth. There's a 6 part series showing what happened and how she was lambasted by the press and the usual keyboard warriors (incels mainly) all on British TV.
her kidnapping story is basically the kidnappers fall in love with you wattpad stories i would read as a child like ‘kidnapped by bts’ or ‘alphas new bride’
Pretty lucky she was kidnapped by the only sex trafficking ring that goes out of its way to have a (nonsensical) moral code and also give the kidnapped person's family plenty of time to try and rescue their loved one.
I know an international crime sex trafficking ring that has no qualms kidnapping and selling women into sex slavery and yet, discovering she wasn’t the “perfect” product they wanted kindly returned her, risking their whole enterprise being exposed, rather than say quietly dispose of her somehow.
also pretty fortunate that she was able to escape that nefarious gang then host a press conference/photoshoot right outside her mothers house where her young son also lived with no fear of reprisal
No morality behind it. Mothers were seen as "used" and thus not sold, evident by how a premium was put on "purity" aka virginity. Was definitely not because they cared about pregnant women.
I like your shift toward covering some of these goofier cases in the last few months. Plenty of actual crimes have a fascinating background, but it's just about a given that someone trying to fake a crime has a weird backstory.
@@CharlieApplesuh there's signs if someone's had a kid especially a young one, the body undergoes a lot of taxing damage and heals slowly. Things such as bladder issues, anemia, just general mental instability from the hormonal changes and then physical wise stretch marks, scars, tearings, breast tissue damages etc which would make them undesirable that's not a moral code as it is more of a means for quality
This is insulting. Absolutely p*ssed me right off. They stalked her social media but missed every post mentioning her son? Traffickers who sell peoples daughters to be raped and killed suddenly care that one is a mother? Did she think she was writing a film script where she’s the one who turns the bad guy and makes him fall in love with her? How arrogant do you have to be to propose that a man who has supposedly sold multiple woman stopped dead in their tracks when they came across you and wanted a relationship. Makes me so angry for all the women out there with children who are being trafficked, taken advantage of and beaten. She makes it seem like a fairytale. It is a living nightmare, you would not appear smiling and in shorts after the ordeal you would be a cowering wreck. All the time police were trying to “save” her was time taken from saving women who really were being drugged and raped. Shame on her, I hope she does some research on genuine sex trafficking and feels repulsed at herself for making a mockery of other women’s living hell. Some people are beyond disgusting.
Hearing her speak, it’s obvious that she isn’t very bright and is a terrible actor. This whole debacle was clearly organized by an idiot and seeing how much she has benefited from it, she sure seems to be that idiot.
I could believe that someone who had been watching her social media and thought they were in love with her could have orchestrated this without her being in on it. But look at her demeanour during interviews. She absolutely drove this entire thing.
I read about her and saw her pics and she definitely seems like a desperate attention seeker and a liar. She isn’t much to look at but she’s trying really hard from what I gathered.🙄😂
@@christar9527 I don't know who this woman and haven't watched the video yet but I can guarantee she's more attractive than you or any woman you ever lay with. Stop laser focusing on (attractive) women's looks if you don't want to look like a fool

I’ve been froo a terrifyin’ experience. I feared for my life, second by second, minute by minute. It was harrowing. [Fluffs up hair. Pokes butt out. Smiles seductively] 💁🏼♀️💃🏼💅
Wow, that human trafficking ring is more upstanding & considerate than most of my family! No wonder she was down to go on dates & a shopping spree. 10/10, would get kidnapped again?? 😂🤣
She knew exactly what she was doing. What sealed it for me was the press conference SHE called for where she nonchalantly told of her "harrowing" ordeal with a smile and posed for photos after playing with the dog in a carefully arranged way in the center of a small yard that photographers just so happened to surround. Shoe shopping? Cafe before consulate? C'mon. The saddest part is the simp she got to do prison time for her career.
I think she got kidnapped but she quickly realised this kidnapper was obsessed and tricked him into thinking she loved him so that he would eventually let her go. Stop acting like this guy is a totally normal dude. If you would be willing to drug and kidnap someone to "help their career" you're a loon. No level of loneliness or whatever could make me not think you're a fucking idiot if you did something so stupid. Seems like his brother is much smarter than him by pinning the blame on this woman. I think she ended up confident because she knew she had him wrapped around her finger from the start and that's probably why she doesn't seem too traumatised.
@@silverstorm1000 ya know…you have a good point. Thanks for giving me another set of eyes on this one. I have heard of girls starting to act like they “love”,”enjoy”,”care” about their captor and they eventually let them free believing they love them. It’s truly brilliant.
@@silverstorm1000 her story still doesn’t add up. A kidnapper that bragged about raping and selling women suddenly understands the meaning of no and respects her boundaries? 😂 yeah right. Sorry but this plus all the other weird details plus her monetizing off of the event completely milking it for everything confirmed serious doubt in her story for me
People just love to blame women for men's crimes. She clearly followed his instructions and made the best of it and it sounds like she parroted a script he gave her about harrowing ordeal but no proof she knew from the beginning. He was a nutter.

I just read on wiki that one man got 16 years reduced to 12 which i think is unfair as it seems like she was the mastermind behind it all. Disgusting person.
Very complicated subject. It happened to me and it's a touchy thing....I was nearly killed. My family Tries to deny it because they knew ahead of time. Essentially, in on it I've thought of going public. It's created a lot of damage. Okay, it's nearly ruined my life. This sounds very weird. But I want to watch more of the podcast. Usually they move women quickly and not for purchase like in movies. Idk ppl doubt me too.
@@MeruAyano English teacher here - the use of "eclectic" is correct in context. This case and others on Dreading's channel fall well outside of typical true-crime coverage, in the sense that they're not related to murder, sexual assault, or already-popularized cases, making the selection of cases eclectic (within the genre). Correcting the use of "eclectic," in this instance, is pedantic and unnecessary, and the original poster has no cause for embarrassment.
Regardless of whether she was kidnapped or not, she lied about the conditions she was kept under and failed to mention she was wandering around the village with her captor, having a grand old time. My gut feeling is that she was the mastermind, and I use that term very, very loosely, of the whole affair. I feel sorry for the man she manipulated, because that's what I think she did, he's in prison and she's reaping the rewards.
It's far more common that a male's sexual obsession with a woman leads to these crimes but people love to blame women. She may have been dancing a delicate tiprope trying to keep him happy. Maybe he even convinced her he'd done it for her career. I don't really believe he's just happily sitting in prison never speaking up about her "masterminding" on his appeals.
@@trueCrimeGuruYes That is as maybe, but she still lied about the conditions. Anyway this was just my opinion and we were neither of us there, so your opinion is as good as mine, just different.
I think she manipulated a simp to frame him and he went along with it. The man is described as a fantasist. And he was clearly in love with her. She’s a proven liar, a manipulator, and a massive attention seeker.
I've found the 1 to 3hr videos are filled with the police interviews being played in full that has the occasional voice over comment made, I fast forward through most of these interviews, I don't need to hear the accused lie over & over. The videos that keep me interested are ones with interesting characters like Sarah Boone or have been edited down with analysis & commentary included, they usually link to the full video.
I totally think she helped plan it and she should be held financially responsible for man-hours worked on her case. It's another Sheri Papini case (I probably spelled her name wrong). She was way too calm when she did her press release and her story fell to crap after the CCTV footage came out. She was dishonest about how she was treated and the truth came out when they saw the video footage. People who pull this crap should be prosecuted and should have to pay. These cases take unnecessary time away from actual cases that need the attention of law enforcement, investigators and search groups.
These situations are becoming far too frequent lately. So much time and money being spent on this nonsense! She should be charged with something and be made to do community service to 'pay back' resources.
I never remember anyone's names or faces in true crime (except Casey Anthony, Jodie Arias, and Dahlia Dippolito) so I always think when I click on these videos it's some new case only for the intro description to make it all come rushing back to me "Oh YEAH, it's THIS story".
Kinda weird how she gets kidnapped from a mafia and sex trafficking gang then makes a book about them and is enjoying the light on herself. I would be trying to hide my identity and all that because what if making a book/interviews that talks about THEM pisses em off? She's still posting her locations and modeling on social media like she isn't scared of them finding her again. strange. I think she consented to being kidnapped by Herba to get fame but she went overboard with it and got him in jail as she gains more followers. If it's true, that means that she's so heartless and evil to get a man 16 years if it means that she'll get famous. Crazy stuff
It’s funny she did this (probably) for more fame, and a lot of comments here are like “wait…who is she again”? 😂 I will forget her name in a day or two. I think most of us will.
Not for nothing, a majority of humans would have someone wrongfully imprisoned if it guaranteed their own personal success as a result. If that feels hyperbolic just remember how many people have been wrongfully convicted on every continent. In America we have detectives and DAs from every corner of the country who will gladly ignore incontrovertible proof of a suspects innocence if it means their individual careers benefit. Ditto with people who sell out family and friends for money…. It’s not always prison in the literal sense, either- think of all the crypto scammers out there, how many of them have been involved in rug pulls after securing investments from their families and close friends? I can only hope people like that get what’s coming soon.
I have a sibling who works in the indie film business. She tells me that the main problem for producers is the lack of decent scripts. This is a case in point - here's a young lady who seems incapable of writing a convincing crime story...
It boggles my mind how disgustingly desperate these "influencer model" people are that they have to fake extravagant claims to get a following or publicity. You have to be extremely desperate for attention or borderline narcissistic to go to the lengths that some are willing to go to in order to get all eyes on them. Do you really want to lie your way to the top with deceit and scandals? It gives you a bad name. Putting in actual hard work so you can revel in the fact that you deserve new found fame because of the effort and authentic dedication that you put in, is far more admirable. I hope the public continues to question the motives of those who are manipulative and who fabricate their lives or parts of their lives and try to turn the lies into a gain rather than believe what they are being told. To me, that's just not a good person. It's a person who is selfish/self absorbed. I've also seen people concocting stories such as hers to try to get sympathy and the story never took place at all.
Based on her appearance, are you really surprised she is a narcissist? Being told she’s gorgeous every day probably did her far more harm than good. I personally think these sorts of influencer type porno style looking women are just tacky.
How nice for Chloe that her trauma does not prevent her going on every talk show in the UK. Eh, sounds like a stunt to me. Like they don't have enough beautiful women in Russia and Italy -- they just had to have her!
I've watched your channel grow from the beginning when there was no video with just you narrating. You have an excellent voice, particularly for this sort of topic. You present things very respectfully. As a victim of a violent crime myself, that means a lot. You don't sensationalize and your stories are well-researched. I'm happy to see your growing success and it's wonderful that you support charities related to victims of crime.
All of this was for attention, meanwhile there are actual women and girls being kidnapped, trafficked and murdered. Throw her in jail and ban her from social media.
I am a victim of being held against my will and almost trafficked, was a missing person...so from sheer experience I don't believe her story. Based off of her body language and the simple fact that she lied to police about what happened...if she was really in that situation her story would be the same every time she tells it! Her having conflicting versions really does it for me. Then...her being outside her families home just after "being rescued"...that was ridiculous, she looked like she was more concerned about how her hair and makeup looked vs playing the victim. I think she is an outright liar and she needs to be in jail, and she should not receive any sort of royalties from this situation!
And to think that all this time, I didn’t know that Sherri Papini had a sister… Hah. It’s hard to understand why some of these women think they can get away with their kidnapping stories when they’ve been seen out in public, dining and shopping with the ‘kidnapper’. Thanks for another thought provoking production.
@@gritsNgravy-fn5ic no, hahaha i think the similarities in their pathology, the fact they lied about being kidnapped etc etc that they had to be related !

No matter how stupid her plan was, it worked. She was front page news all over the world so even if the execution was moronic, the results speak for themself
Stranger things have happened.. like that couple that was kidnapped in their home and strange things were done by the kidnappers and the police didn't believe them only to find out it was all true... I wish I could remember the case... it happened here in the United States.. I think maybe in New Jersey.. anyway strange things happen... You never know!! You never know how a victim will act... People do strange things during traumatic events.. I lost my son Justin to suicide in 2015... I was outside with the military men that notified me of Justin's death... I sat in the grass with them standing right there hoping to find a 4-leaf clover.. how freaking strange is that?? People do STRANGE things at STRANGE times!! I don't know if she did it or not.. no clue.. just wanted to say what I said about people doing strange things...
Idk if that would be good for her career though, even the models on America's next top model had trouble getting work after their seasons as they weren't taken seriously for doing weird challenges, no where near this kind of controversy.
This is the first time i'm hearing about her, so i'm not sure about the "it worked" part but i totally agree with "stupid plan". As for the "results", being looked upon as a lying W**** is not good results, to each its own tho.

I’m pretty sure it is some weird moral code because these are the terms for if you were to pick a person to kidnap. Why would they care if someone wanted to spend thousands of dollars to kidnap a mother unless it was for some moral code ?
they specified "YOUNG" mothers - which seems odd, wouldn't they just say 'mothers'? specifying their refusal to sell young mothers implies they'd sell midaged mothers, right? which is highly unlikely if they wouldn't even sell young mothers, so why not just say MOTHERS?

It's so hilarious that they supposedly told her all of the very gory very detailed parts of their operation, and then were just like oh okay I guess you can go home now.
I don't think Chloe was complicit in the crime. I don't think she would do this to her mother. I think Lucasz Herba devised the plan to kidnap Chloe in a bizarre attempt to impress her. My guess is that Lucasz Herba was infatuated with Chloe Ayling and devised the crazy scheme to kidnap her (possibly with his brother as the front man at first), thinking that Chloe would be grateful for his help in boosting her reputation and career when it was all over and might then fall in love with him. Lucasz's brother scares Chloe into giving the names of potential ransom payers. Chloe, genuinely scared, then starts to romance the brother for her release. Lucasz decides he doesn't like the way its going and so reveals himself. When Chloe learns the truth, she wants no part of the crazy scheme but Lucasz insists his plan will work and she just needs to play along until one of her rich businessmen pays a ransom and Lucasz can release her - Chloe will get the career boost she wants, Lucasz and his brother will get the ransom money. Chloe eventually talks Lucasz into releasing her at the consulate, perhaps suggesting they blame his brother and Lucasz present himself as her savior. However Chloe tells the police everything. Lucasz gets a dose of reality and a prison sentence, as does his brother.
Even though I definitely think this story is bull, I’m just here to remind people that you *cannot* tell if someone is telling the truth about a traumatic experience based on how relaxed or “not traumatized” they look or seem. I’m a trauma/SA therapist and I’ve had clients tell me very calmly and in detail about the violent childhood SA their father perpetrated and then crack a joke and move on to how shitty their work day was. The brain is very good at dissociating one’s emotions in order to protect itself.
Some people develop secondary psychopathy or other disorders and behave much differently, even the opposite, of how other people will when recounting traumatic events. The way combat vets laugh at the negative reactions from civilians when telling combat stories (usually when they’re very fresh stories) could be an example. It’s the civilian that’s being silly, pretending they’re small or something like that, and it makes it funny.
I absolutely adore long and extremely detailed episodes! Don’t get me wrong! But I’m also really enjoying these short episodes. What I’m saying is you can do no wrong
Sounds like she was in an agency that was not super legit… she did this for attention. It’s interesting how in the “ransom” information doesn’t even apply to her… she was a young mother.

CASE REQUEST: Georgia Leah Moses disappeared from her home in Santa Rosa, California on August 13, 1997. She was found on August 22, dumped on the side of the freeway. Her murder has never been solved. I see people talk about Polly Klass, who was murdered in 1993 by Richard Allen Davis, but I see hardly any coverage on Georgia. Please don't mistake me, I am in no way trying to compare and contrast these cases. Both of these girls were murdered by monsters. But Georgia's story deserves to be told. especially how LE failed her. I don't know who will see this, but even if you are just a person scrolling through the comments please look her up. Thank you.

She is a bit too calm, and a bit too sure of herself ..... she just doesn't look like she's been through an ordeal such as this, or is suffering from trauma .... she seemingly has answers for everything, but some of them just don't sound right ..... I'm not sure at all that i believe her.
I live in CA Carlsbad is the largest human trafficking city in SD and sadly, I live extremely close. We have rallies, walks, donations etc every year to help raise money and awarness for victims and those whom are unknowing. There's safety posters all over the transit district. Human trafficking isn't a joke or something to lie about. These men, women, and children who are trafficked are either never found again, or if they are, there is little support.
Dave Read (one of the wealthy business men mentioned in the ransom) is my cousin! He's an agent for "Celebrities" He made Jordan (Katie Price) the house hold name she was in the 90s Glamour models/soap stars/reality t.v ect... Was surprised to hear his name, he's never mentioned this to us!
There are so many things wrong with this. But the one thing (one of the many many things) that struck a nerve with me is her behavior when she was "returned". I'm no stranger to traumatic events unfolding before me in my life and her behavior doesn't seem like someone who had just been through something life altering. Assuming this could be true, and it wasn't a set up between her and these guys to get money and publicity, I could understand feeling an enormous sense of relief for getting away but to be so comfortable, charming, and seemingly laid back while being interviewed and going through the details of everything that happened...it's bizarre. For lack of a better word, it's just absolutely bizarre. There's no fear, no sadness, no anger...nothing that would lead anyone to believe that she had just gone through something horrible. And not only is there no sign of any emotion that would typically go hand in hand with something like that, she looks like she's almost thoroughly enjoying all of this. Really just soaking it up and it's...wrong, i guess? It feels wrong. The story in and of itself sounds like some morbidly dark romance thriller or something. It doesn't even sound like it could be real the way she described it. And he threatens her that if she doesn't pay up and keep his identity a secret he'll kill her buuuuuut then they walk hand in hand together when she shows back up?! That makes no fucking sense. All I know is if I were her, I'd be having nightmares if I could even fall back asleep ever the fuck again. I'd be terrified that someone from that sex trafficking ring would just show back up one day after allegedly convincing their leader to drop the organization he started with his family and had all of these hundreds of women being trafficked all throughout Europe and it's just insane. Sex trafficking is one of the most fucked up organizations on the planet. I mean the seriousness and pure amount of evil that goes into something like that is indescribable. Idk. She's too chill for the seriousness of what went down. And for someone so afraid of their identity being revealed as a crime boss of a sex trafficking organization...he was real chill about showing up in public hand in hand with his kidnapping victim. Even if they had somehow actually fallen in love, ain't no way he's showing up hand in hand with her to return her to society.

I never know with these cases because there was one where a woman was “kidnapped” and _everyone_ said her and her bf faked it. Both of their behaviour had been really bizarre and not the sort of actions you’d take in a real kidnapping. But the perp kidnapped another woman who got away and they found tapes of him having the previous woman bound and gagged in his home and assaulting her before she got away - everyone had been mercilessly mocking and ridiculing her and they still do to this day in the comments on the original news videos from before the truth came out People’s behaviour and weird holes in their story doesn’t automatically mean they’re lying so I never know where I stand in cases like this these days.

This person is what is wrong with social media. Not only that shame on the people that gave her the time of day. What has happened to her now? Has she still got custody of her child ? People like this really really need to be outed and if they are not outed just ignored. There are real women and children out there that get sold by dodgy outfits it DOES and HAS happened and goes on all the time. When someone like this does this sort of thing it takes resources and the people and organisations that foil these human traffickers away from the people that need them really and that is sad and wrong because there are not many people or organisations that can go against the organised criminals that do this sort of thing because as said here in a lot of circumstances the authorities are compromised by bribery and personal intimidation and that makes it very very hard to find real sex slave kidnap victims and free them.
Let’s say that she is a victim - it’s entirely possible for a woman to woo a man into believing that they can be together if he lets her go. That part I do believe. So pretending that she loves him on outings and all that 🤷♀️

@@BucketHeadianHagg I think most people are average without make up hair done and so on. That's kind of the point isn't it most models aren't the most conventionally attractive under all the fancy clothes and expensive make up and hair. What made me know this is fake is that they told her "the rules" of sex trafficking and ended the plan when it came out she had a child if they'd been watching her for weeks they'd have known that.
Right !? Don’t get me wrong she’s gorgeous but she gives me the vibe that she knows she is not unique or exotic looking and feels the need to compensate for it. So in IMHO, if she orchestrated this, then her motivation could be wanting to get noticed and standing out amongst the many other girls sharing her likeness. This is another example of how much expectation there is placed on young women these days. Being drop dead gorgeous just isn’t enough. The truly sad thing is that we will probably never know who Chloe is or know the beauty that she keeps hidden beneath the mask she feels obligated to put forth. Obviously I have no idea what she is thinking or what she values most about herself but when I watch her speak it appears to me that she is in complete control of her facial expressions and wont allow herself to relax and determined to always portray impeccable beauty without the hint of any flaws.

Yeah after watching the dahmer series I took a break.
Same here. Some of them I just can't watch, but I love the really interesting yet not so horrific ones like this.
* random shit that would be noisy if someone stepped on them or bigger items that would make a lot of sound if someone tried moving them
I was never a paranoid person but some of the cases I've heard...how could someone not be.

Shoe shopping? Cafe before consulate? C'mon. The saddest part is the simp she got to do prison time for her career.

You should cover the case of Elizabeth Wettlaufer, the serial killer nurse from Canada. Super interesting case, and I know you would cover it amazingly. Another awesome video as usual, keep it up!!
The farting nurse 🤣
Not selling "mothers" has to do with the fact that childbirth "ruins" a woman's body-- not some sort of moral code.
I hadn’t though if that!
@@mattgonzales774i mean......they were specifically referring to "girls" and not women.
it's actually a little strange how hard we're all debating something purely hypothetical from a forged email. does the group in question even really exist????
Think about it. She's still free money.
Just sell her at a discount. You think these people would only sell 10s? They "kidnapped" her for God's sake.
Her speaking on Television was one of the most scripted and poorly recited things I’ve ever seen in my life. I can’t imagine that someone who actually went through that would talk that way.
That doesn’t prove anything. Most people who speak on television like that need a script before hand.
She looks like she's really happy with the publicity
16:37 I’m this far in and this legitimately sounds like a story out of a dirty novel and the trope could be enemies to lovers, redemption, kidnapped, ect 😂 perfect for Valentine’s Day❤❤❤
Lmao I just made the exact same comment! 100%
This is what happens when other people’s traumatic experiences becomes your entertainment. The bad side of channels like these. Jfc
@@wezz5777 aw I’m sorry. You can try reading your bible if you need to feel morally superior, it might be easier than trying to respond to all the comments on this video that you don’t agree with. Cheers!
@@ellieharris5766 i would but I’m more into true crime stories like 50 Shades of Grey. You got any recommendations?
Thank you for saying this, people often don’t take this seriously but it is 1000% true.
😂 this was pretty easy to see through…jesus
Some people develop secondary psychopathy or other disorders and behave much differently, even the opposite, of how other people will when recounting traumatic events. The way combat vets laugh at the negative reactions from civilians when telling combat stories (usually when they’re very fresh stories) could be an example. It’s the civilian that’s being silly, pretending they’re small or something like that, and it makes it funny.
Yes, but this girl is nuts and orchestrated this as a publicity stunt
I absolutely adore long and extremely detailed episodes! Don’t get me wrong! But I’m also really enjoying these short episodes. What I’m saying is you can do no wrong
Examinated?🤔 that made me chuckle🤣 love the upload❤
I thought that's what I heard!
these videos are always so well researched and crafted, unlike chloe’s kidnapping story 🤧
Sounds like she was in an agency that was not super legit… she did this for attention. It’s interesting how in the “ransom” information doesn’t even apply to her… she was a young mother.
I feel sorry for her, because age will do her in, eventually.
I hope she walks away from the mirror and takes care of her child.
Dreading uploads always make me feel halfway guilty because I get so psyched. But it's just that good!
Edit; well, no serving hand guilt on this case... Holy guacamole am I glad I stay away from all the socials! Whatever flavor the actual truth is in this case, it's toxic and seriously bizarre!!!
A really weird one I’ve never encountered before… Thanks Dreading!
AS IF a crime boss who has trafficked children would take no for an answer.
Love your channel! Been watching real crime cases for +25 years and this might be the best one i ever heard/seen. Such a rare case. Big thx for all the juicy content.
Thank you.
I've never heard of this case so thank you for the info. I'll look her up after this video. Hopefully Dreading sees this 🙏🏼
Replying to hopefully add a little attention. Also I have not heard of this case either but will be looking up now!
I love your new format. Long stretches of court testimony add very little
I disagree. In the Nancy Brophy case it really displayed who she is in a way I never got from short treatments of her.
@@eliannafreely5725 I agree with you on that case. She was a nut.
It's like she saw Taken and thought "yes let's replicate that! No one will ever know!"
i love how in her story she got kidnapped by sex trafficers but they were politley asking her to have sex lmao
I died when you said "examinated" 😂😂 oh, friend 🤣🤣🤣 Examined!!

Another Sherri Papini it sounds like. Awful
What do you do when you’ve seen and listened to all of the dreading videos? You start listening to each and every one again and hope that you forgot the storylines 😄✅
Your uploads are the only ones that have me 100% hooked! 👌🏻❤️🙂
She is a bit too calm, and a bit too sure of herself ..... she just doesn't look like she's been through an ordeal such as this, or is suffering from trauma .... she seemingly has answers for everything, but some of them just don't sound right ..... I'm not sure at all that i believe her.
I live in CA
Carlsbad is the largest human trafficking city in SD and sadly, I live extremely close.
We have rallies, walks, donations etc every year to help raise money and awarness for victims and those whom are unknowing. There's safety posters all over the transit district.
Human trafficking isn't a joke or something to lie about. These men, women, and children who are trafficked are either never found again, or if they are, there is little support.
When I get a notification for Dreading, I watch immediately. Thank you for your hard work!!
EDIT: It's giving Jussie Smollett
Dave Read (one of the wealthy business men mentioned in the ransom) is my cousin! He's an agent for "Celebrities"
He made Jordan (Katie Price) the house hold name she was in the 90s
Glamour models/soap stars/reality t.v ect...
Was surprised to hear his name, he's never mentioned this to us!
Wow desperate for attention too I see !
@deoncross4506 I suppose I can see why you think so. However, what i said is true.
Hope you're not so annoyed now. Either way, have a nice day. 😃
Sad that people go to such lengths to be noticed or become famous. 🤷🏼♀️ she seems in a hurry for that to happen & came up with this foolish plan
Thanks for this😂❤
To everyone complaining about the short videos: do you contribute to the Patreon? Just wondering… YT has been pushing shorter videos so that could be why, but also 3 hour videos take a lot of time and resources. I’m thankful for the content this team puts out and I don’t want to be overly critical when I know I couldn’t/aren’t willing to do the work it takes to get these videos out
I just subscribed to their Patreon! It’s only 5 dollars a month and you get early access. Thanks for the idea 😊
Yeap
So only people who pay money for an ad based video should be allowed to voice their opinions? Get a grip! Everyone's opinion is of equally worth and it's then up to the video creator to listen to who ever he likes.
"Black Death Group," because the names Brotherhood of Evil Mutants and Evil League of Evil had already been taken
Went to the same school as Chloe, she was in the year above. Really strange feeling having something like this happen to someone in your local area.
Something like this? You mean her staging her own kidnapping?
Out of curiosity, what was she like? Did she lie a lot?
I just read about her. Haven’t listened to this video. I got the impression that she’s a desperate attention seeker. Another Sherri Papini. Is that true?
@christar9527 I wouldn't say a Sheri Pepini situation as someone is in jail for kidnapping Chloe, as you know that's not the case with Sheri? Lol.
Pressing 'X' for Doubt!!!
In the video from "This Morning", Chloe is probably the most honest person out of those three people on the screen
This is a fantastic channel and community. What a great in depth episode. She planned most of this for publicity.
Please do an extensive coverage of the tragic events that happened at Abu Ghraib perpetuated by Chuck Graner, Lynndie England and friends along with the higher ups that were never charged.
@willrob5142t’s been covered ad nauseam?
It’s well established what exactly went on there ?
You’re unwilling to read and only use unfactchecked RUclips for your education , or?
I never know with these cases because there was one where a woman was “kidnapped” and _everyone_ said her and her bf faked it. Both of their behaviour had been really bizarre and not the sort of actions you’d take in a real kidnapping. But the perp kidnapped another woman who got away and they found tapes of him having the previous woman bound and gagged in his home and assaulting her before she got away - everyone had been mercilessly mocking and ridiculing her and they still do to this day in the comments on the original news videos from before the truth came out
People’s behaviour and weird holes in their story doesn’t automatically mean they’re lying so I never know where I stand in cases like this these days.
This is by far the best true crime/psych channel on RUclips. The consistency and quality is fantastic. Thanks for covering the cases other channels don’t
While I enjoy Dreading , Old mike (that chapter) , and JCS (the goat)…..
What we can all agree on is that CoffeeHouse Crime is an abomination that only serves to show how you can recycle content and add nothing new , and if you have a green screen , you’re good to go
@TomFredMoe Dreading adds nothing new. The only one that does these days is Dave's Lemonade. It's far more insightful and intelligent than all of the above.

Grreatt video! It's so nice to see a story that hasn't been covered on every channel!! I was totally into it, but when you said "Chloe was examinated by doctors" I had to laugh 😂. Honestly, super entertaining vid.. 5 stars 🤩
Examinated 😂
So pretending that she loves him on outings and all that 🤷♀️
Man it’s the dupers delight smile she serves while telling her story that makes this quite odd…
I am sooooooo SOOOOOO into this. To the point I’m waiting to finish up what I’m doing so I can watch when I get home on the big screen! Woo woo woo see ya in a few!
A modeling agency you sign up knowing if the money is right… anything goes?! Sort of sums up her character there.

Her voice scared the crap out of me.
This sounds like what happens when you try to stage a kidnapping but your only research and preparation is by watching the movie 'Taken'
What a seriously weird story. I’ve never even heard of this girl, and honestly, she’s so common looking I wouldn’t recognize her even if she wore a name tag..
I think it’s telling how she portrayed herself as a “model” while I know cross stitching accounts with 10x her followers
Plus she’s just make up and hair and her facial features are not what textile manufacturers would want to portray their product lol 😅

I swear, I’ve been DYING to hear a guy say what you did my whole entire life, and dammit I’m 60, so you can imagine my joy how you took her down a few notches 😂 She deserves love and happiness, but without her makeup on she’s kinda ugly, tbh
I totally adore you, Tom! Lol
