One of the proudest things I ever did in my life was to work for Leyton Orient when I was a student at the University Of East London, first as as steward then worked my way up to Chief Steward back in 93-98 Unfortunately I took the place of a lovely big guy who passed away from cancer , to my embarrassment I cannot remember his name. His son also worked there . I have nothing but fantastic memories and the utmost respect for Leyton Orient FC a brilliant friendly, wonderful place who had such loyal and dedicated people running it, supporting it and playing for it. The "O's" will always have a special place in my heart and I just hope they make it to the promised land of The Premier League one day as no other club in the lower leagues deserves it more. Baz xxx
Just came to London this week and saw the recent game against Newport County. Really enjoyed my time in the Matchroom Stadium. Will visit here next time. Greetings from a Chinese Orient fan.
Amazing video, bought so many emotional moments flooding back to me. I was at every game in the video (bar one) to witness these beautiful goals. That night at Stamford Bridge watching 'Saint' Peter Kitchen demolish Chelsea will always go down as the best football night in my life.
Real shame that such an iconic Football Club may seise to exist after the 20th of March . Brings a tear to my eye , coming from an Ipswich Town Supporter #UTO
Best away match I ever watched was Fulham V Orient 1995 maybe ? Orient were losing 1-0 just about a minute of so left. Substitution was made , on came young 17 year old Mark Warren. BANG !!! He smashes in the equaliser , every one was on the pitch going bananas ha ha !!! Happy Days boys and girls happy days !! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻❌❌🍾🍾🍾🍾😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
Nice video, takes me back to the mid to late 80s standing in north stand p!ss!ing down with rain watching howard nugent berry an co keeping the o's alive!
I know I’ve only supported the O’s since ‘73 but is it too much to expect that I might see them actually win something one day (not counting non league)? The old 3rd Division title was before my time but I do envy those that were there. The Evening Standard London 5-a-side tournament win in ‘76 still remains my finest moment as an O’s supporter. If you mean the one at 2:35, it was Oxford vs Orient. We needed a result to go our way (I'm assuming Grimsby to lose based on the commentary but I can't remember), but as the news came through that it was going our way, we scored anyway to gain promotion. That result also relegated Oxford. I was at the game going absolutely mental.
don't worry we will return becchetti is in talks of selling yay but this is how it feels to have a shit owner Hereford united rip but back to orient we. will return its just a little blip on the way to success

If anyone is wondering what the song is in the background - it's the song "Pompeii" by the band "Bastille". Come on you O's!!
