My wife of 43 years does none of these things, EXCEPT, the silent treatment. I finally told her that she was showing toxic female behavior and I’m not going to tolerate anymore. That was the last time I got the silent treatment.

For a woman, too, I will wonder if she's also living up to her potential. If I were single and dating someone with those mind games, it will be one simple word: "Bye!" At my age, I don't have time for that bullshit.
Life is already too complicated to understand and I don't need a complicated woman to complicate things.
I hear you. I think exactly the same. I appreciate female company, but not from a place of desperation, so my wullingness to take crap is pretty close to zero.
If there is manipulative behavior on a regular basis, there is a possibility that the man has chosen a narcissistic woman without knowing it. It means that this woman will not change and after a while, will do exactly the same things again. Just to hurt you. She takes pleasure in that. At some point the man has to pack up and disappear. Even if he is married, has a house together and children. That woman will divorce anyway when she sees that her manipulative behavior has no impact anymore. And then follows the after kick in the form of child and partner alimony. Even then, you are not saved from it. So, first observe her behavior without being married to her. See if she really changes her behavior.

After being married for 18 years and unfortunately divorced, I've seen all of these. I've also used them myself. :( I'm so grateful I've learned now the right way to handle things lol. I'm really good at being able to look at something and figuring out how it works and fix it. Women are a little harder to figure out if no one has taught you. Certain things are contradicting and backwards in the logical sense. I see it like this, some guys are really good at talking to women and having a big social circle but they couldn't change a tire on a car to save their lives. Where I can fix about anything but have no idea how to attract a woman, like what to say or keep a conversation going. I'm starting to "get it" now. Thank you for your help!

I like Magda but this was weak and totally from the woman’s perspective. When she starts with the games don’t bend over backwards to appease her. Let her know that men can play games also and ask how important those games are to her. Find out how she feels by her actions and not her words.
If she is not receptive to treating you as she would like to be treated it’s time to move on
(1) Whose perspective was Magda supposed to give? I don’t know anyone who is good at giving someone else’s perspective.
(2) Magda is not a licensed psychologist or psychotherapist. She obviously has life skills and other aptitudes. She is trying to be helpful to men based on her knowledge of women.
(3) I am not sure that men playing mind games has much value except feeding women’s gamey behavior. The goal of most guys is to extinguish such behavior, not feed it, but maybe I misunderstood your third point?

I'm tall and good looking, but I still lack confidence because I was a bit of an ugly duckling and shy when I was younger. Women always play the game where they flirt with other guys or let me hear them talking about other guys in front of me. Women dont seem to get that this stuff doesn't amuse or impress men
well, I'd say it's not just women playing this game... Unfortunately, when we feel insecure, we engage in behaviors that are not really the best. Low self esteem has killed way too many relationships (or a potential for a relationship)

But the difference between men and women is women get endless amounts of external validation while most men don't get any.
Imagine you're a guy who only gets shot down and women never compliment you or anything. If you can imagine that, it shouldn't be so hard to imagine why so many men are completely giving up

I don't agree with these strategies to react. They are weak. The strong reaction is to ignore her. Show indifference unless she abuses you physically or mentally. The correct reaction is to distance yourself from her. Give her the exact opposite of what she wants.

You're the prize, not her. You are strong, rational, and will not tolerate mind games. Demographically you are rare and have the advantage. Set limits and don't tolerate crossing them. If you allow it you are weak and become her slave. If you exhibit that kind of behavior she will have contempt for your weakness. Be kind, gentle. Women are fragile. Their weapons only work if you allow it. Treat her as an equal. Above all NEVER put her on a pedestal. Do not allow your behavior succumb to your emotions. If she treats you badly distance yourself. It it continues move on, she is not worthy of you. You are much stronger, therefore yo must use your power with extreme restraint. Never use physical or mental abuse. If you follow these principles you will likely gain her respect and love. She wants your power to protect her. If you can't protect yourself from her you can't protect her from anyone else. Never compromise your self respect. These are strong masculine traits that attract women. Be confident, be funny, and even if she is saying something boring pretend to listen. Don't try to fix all of her problems. Often they just want someone to listen to them.
As the 1st mind game is played, I state that im not a child don't play mind games. If you want an adult, then communicate. If you choose to act like a child, then you can find someone else.
Ironically the woman that got it was not my own age, but a woman 21 yrs younger than me
In relationship specially married people has to be zero tolerance mind games. If both partners are players they may go longer but if one partner repeatedly saying stop mind games eventually will end up divorce. Or if she is mind game holding a sex he start calling his exes 😂
