I’ll be skiing next March. I did this workout 2-3 times a week last spring for a month and was in the best ski shape ever. Going to try and hit it 2-3 times a week until March of 2025. Can’t wait. AWESOME WORKOUT
Mark - thanks for the latest video. This one was definite a challange despite the short time investment. Clearly, we need to workout a bit more before our next trip up the mtn. :)
Haha it's was a challenge for me to. Too much exercise for me this week. I think this workout will always be a challenge whatever your level of fitness. Will certainly help your muscles.
