    Great workout, but please can you adjust your ad settings so they dont interrupt a workout? Very distracting!!

    Hi, I found your videos ~8 weeks ago and used them twice a week before a recent trip. I was the fittest I have ever been for a ski holiday in 20 years of skiing and didn't suffer any leg burn during the 6 days. Thank you for creating and sharing.

    Got a ski trip coming up and found your workouts. Love them. But this one is nasty!! Also, Ex-Army paratrooper and my knees are SHOT. I can do the majority of the workout, but the last few sets are rough. Any advice on alternate exercises for ski legs?

      Jeff. So glad you found them. There are some workouts that are a bit less taxing. Difficult for me to advise as I don't know your body. Try to avoid the jumping and get as much range of motion as possible. Side lunges would be good and some wall sits to build up some endurance. Make sure you are fully warmed up before to get the synovial fluid in the joints.

    I'm preparing for a western US ski trip in Feb, I've been using a couple of your SkiFit videos to work on conditioning my legs after a year of no workouts. These seem like a perfect fit.
    Where are you located, it looks beautiful and idyllic!

      That's great news. Good that you are getting prepared. That video was taken in Bali, million miles away from the slopes. I am just pleased that people use these videos to get prepared for the mountains. I am currently in Switzerland cross country skiing.
