Are you meaning that it's too runny when you pipe? Wait a bit til it cools a little. Also it is all about rhythm and movement, you have to keep it moving and pipe as thin as possible so the chocolate doesn't pool together : )

Parchment paper piping bags are my favorite! I have a video on my channel on how to make them, just search my channel for that title 😃
