Hyram please make a video on what skincare products we CAN and CAN'T mix that would be so helpful for people who have both day and night routines ❤ Love your videos btw and sorry for my late comment lol
I just want to say how appreciative I am for hyram because I have been struggling with acne for 3 years and I have a lot of scaring and I used to use really harsh products on my face but after finding hyram and following his advice I’ve finally seen an improvement for the first time!! I’ve come a long way and I’m not finished yet but I just wanted to say thank you so much and I have more confidence than ever 💖💖💖
After 8 long years of battling with insecurities, low self-esteem, with constant fear of the knowledge I could infect someone with HSV 1&2 was a nightmare to me. I'm so glad/grateful that I am over Herpes and its stigma! All thanks to Dr. Aloha #Herpes #Hsv1 #Hsv2 #Sti ruclips.net/channel/UC_YFEEZEr1BxGkNg1d4vqww 🍀🇺🇸
You have no idea, how thankful I am for you teaching us about salicylic acid! I struggled a lot with black heads, which made me cry a lot of times, because I couldn't get rid of them and it felt like, as if I'm the only one who struggled with clogged pores. Thanks to you I bought the Salisylic Acid products from Neutrogena (yes, I know, you have a love-hate relationship with these products) and my black heads are finally gone! You mentioned your concerns about these products, but at that point I didn't care anymore. Didn't regret it once.
Ohh, I on the other hand, still have them... I was using niacinamide, but didn't worked as I wanted. I use now salicylic acid and retinal and they are smaller, but still there. Mine pores are just large, and my combination skin doesn't help
@@Hyram I am star-struck, I can't believe you just commented on my comment, wtf😂. I have been watching you for more than three years and you have helped me so much with my skin and confidence. You are such a great person, you are hardworking and funny and beyond kind, never forget that. You are amazing Hyram❤️
My nose does that and I have always used Salicylic acid; however, sunscreen was never in my routine. Now that it's essential my pores are finally getting smaller and buildup is a thing of the past! TY Hyram for the education🥰
Omega 3 helps to unclog and reduce pore size as it regulates oil production of the skin. Take a non synthetic omega 3 vit everyday. You’ll notice the difference in 3-4 days.
Vaseline is not moisturizing in itself, the only thing it does is keeping your skin from losing moisture like a protective layer. If you do want slug, then you should at least do your other skincare + moisturizing before putting on te vaseline. It's not that bad but it mostly works on very dry skin and its not really nessesary. If you do want to do it, don't do it all the time but use it more like an facemask.
i get dry skin in the winter. i tried slugging and it helps so much if you do it in the night time. you wake up nice and radiant. but remember to also use a moisturizer, and wash your hands before doing your skincare to not trap the bacteria.
As a 41 year old woman who struggled with acne pretty bad for a few yrs in my late teens, I so wish we had those hydrocolloid patches back then. Maybe we did but I don’t remember them. Either way, skin care has just gotten so much better over the years. My children are going to look like they’re 20 when they’re in their 50s if they really take advantage of everything that skin care has to offer these days. I’m really surprised at the turn around of my own skin since I really started dedicating more time to it. Now it’s just time to fully kick the cigarettes and up the amount of water I’m drinking. Anyhow, I’m glad to have stumbled onto your videos. U seem like such a sweetie.
Because of you and dr shah I started my skin care routine at the age of 36 lol..Starting off simple with nothing to complicated Morning: Cerave foaming cleanser & PM moisturizer and finish with Supergoop Unseen Mineral SPF 40 Night: Cerave foaming cleanser & Neutrogena hydro boost gel cream
Hyram, I must say that you have helped me so much through my skincare journey! I had been using tanning beds for 15 years and had a lot of damage, not to mention combo skin with lovely monthly breakouts! Navigating through pha/bha/aha/retinol/niacinamide etc has proved to be more science based than I ever imagined. I started this journey 1 year ago and my skin is glowing! I do also treat myself to monthly hydrofacials and dermaplaning. I work as a mental health therapist, so self-care is so important. I just wanted to thank you for sharing all of your knowledge! I love your dance at the start of each video too. My boyfriend always knows I'm watching you when I start talking to my phone like a nut lol. You are so sweet and congratulations on all of your accomplishments!
You have no idea how thankful I am for you sharing so much information about skincare. I struggled with fungal acne, very dry areas and really bad pimples on my chin due to hormones but Hyram helped me so much and my skin has never been better. I used to be so insecure about my skin and cried so much about it :( Hyram got me started on skincare ingredients like salicylic acid, niacinamide, hyaluronic acid and so much more. Thank you so much Hyram ❤️
Ok Hyram, I just have to tell you how much I enjoy your personality! A person just has to listen to you one time to know what a truly beautiful person you are (inside and out). Thank you for bringing joy and laughter to us all XOXO
I definitely had some noticeable changes when I first stopped using clinique but it was a good year before I really noticed my skin looking and feeling healthier!
Love extraction videos!! Also thank you for helping me with my skin care journey! My skin is so much better and I’ve recommend so many people to your channel to help them too!
I absolutely love your videos, and the emphasis you put on environmentally friendly products! Have you ever used products from Andalou or Pacifica? I’d absolutely love to see a video on those brands! 💚
I think your shirt is amazing!! I love the embroidery ( is it or is it printed??) Looks embroidered. The placket covering the buttons is great, giving it it a very clean, smooth, edgy look.

I just recently found your channel and I love you already!! I’ve been struggling with being able to keep my skin clear. At thanks to your recommendations it’s helped a lot! Lots of love! ❤️
Hello Hyram!! I'm sorry for bothering you with this but I had some questions about The Ordinary and wanted to ask someone who knows a lot about it, so it would help a lot if you answered them, thanks a billion times!! 1. Knowing that HA takes humidity from the environment, is it a good idea to put it with azelaic acid since this one can dry? And how much humidity is enough? To damp the face and that's it? And what if you're in a dry environment? 2. Can you put HA first and then Salicylic acid? And the other way around? 3. Is Salicylic acid annoyed by water? 4. Does alpha arbutin dislike water? Why is it said that it degrades in the presence of water if the PH of the forumulation is not ideal? 5. Can HA and Alpha Arbutin be mixed? 6. Which comes first, HA or Lactic acid? Will lactic acid affect the previously added product on the skin? 7. Is it true that lactic acid affects the PH of Niacinamide 8. Can you put HA and Salicylic acid together? And in wich order it should be put? 9. Will Salicylic acid affect the previously added product on the skin? Can it peel it off? 10. Can you mix azelaic acid and rosehip oil and then put it on your face? 11. What happens if you put HA, Niacinamide, and then Salicylic acid (following this order) How will Salicylic acid react to being added the last one? 12. Why it isn't recommended to add more than 3 products in one same routine, and what happens if you do it? To which point it stops being effective?
It would be so cool if you did a video on ingredients! Like what ones to avoid, ones that are your favorite, etc Also I love you videos!! They have helped me sooo much with my skin!!

Some are interesting. And others are just so gross because I didn't not understand how it happens. I had acne when I moved to California and got into skin care. I went to a dermatologist... He extracted black heads. I got into an unfortunate issue with wanting to sell Mary Kay... My face rebelled so badly I broke out in like a million bumps. I went to Jafra that eventually led me to learning about skin care routines. I unfortunately still have acne scars. Git most gone with dermabrasion but want to learn about micro needling. I do the Gua Sha... Rollers and V rollers. I've learned so much from you and home to increase my knowledge as well. Love you Hyram ❤️❤️❤️
For starters I love you so much! Because of you I’ve been able to really get into skin care without the fear that id mess up my skin more (sensitive skin) but I wanted to ask if you could make a video for people struggling with extreme sun damage. My mom originated from Mexico in a area of poverty and was never really able to get into skin care. Now being 53 years old she has really bad sun damage patches and Id love to be able to help her with that, bring her self confidence back. She does NOTHING to her face at the moment. I just want to know how to go about creating a skin care routine for her. She has alot of texture and combination to dry skin. Thank you so much!
I used one of those patches because i thought it was just a huge bandaid because I was tired. Woke up with white rubbery build up. On the bright side the huge cut on my elbow started healing after that
Ofc I only do this once a week or longer but when I use face masks I will use a peal off to clean my pores and then a sheet to hydrate and it seems to be working wonderfully for my skin!
I feel like my pores are getting more blocked from using salicylic acid, is that possible? I'm using niacinamide with it, both from the ordinary. When I looked it up, it said that using both salicylic acid and niacinamide is actually a good combination, so I'm not sure. Great video again Hyram! ♡
If you're new to using SA then you can get an increase in acne due to purging. But if it's lasting longer than a few weeks then it could be irritation because you're sensitive to the product
Are those the only two things you're using or do you have a whole skincare routine? Not using moisturizer or sunscreen could have a negative effect on any serums you use :)
My first thought 3 seconds in: OMG I love Hyram’s shirt soooo pretty ☺️ Hyram 2 seconds later: I bet everyone’s gonna call me a pilgrim for my shirt🥲 Me: no Hyram the shirts great and well if you are a pilgrim, your’re the best dressed one
I just got into skincare and I love the information and vibes you give! Before you asked how you looked in that shirt I was like "that looks so good on him 😲" but I wasn't expecting you would mention it 😅! So yeah, you rock that shirt!
Aloha Hyram, I too have suffered for years with ingrown hairs and nothing worked. I tried costly remedies to all the “try this” options suggested. Finally I have found a cure to my ingrown hairs - laser hair removal. All over. The machine is specific to the exact tone of your skin in that area. From my legs, bikini lines, underarms and even above my lip. It has been unbelievable. Now I just go in for annual touch up. I am on Oahu too so dm me if you would like to know where I go and who does it for me.
Just started the video, and I literally LOVE your shirt. It's the first thing I noticed seconds into the video! It's so pretty and it looks so good on you, the sleeves are beautiful, the shape is beautiful, the whole design is so good, I want to buy it too 😂
Hi Hyram! I've very recently started a skin care routine. I was always afraid to put products on my skin cause I had no idea what I was doing. But thanks to your videos, I feel a little more educated and have started a skin care journey 🥳 It has only been 2 weeks, but I'm curious to know the difference between a morning and night routine. Is there a difference? At least for someone new and starting out, I'd love your opinion as I can't seem to find any videos that would explain the pros and cons to having different types of skin care routines of a morning and night. Thanks 😊
Hello! I'm not a professional but I've seen a lot of Hyrams videos and I can explain it from what I understand! So there's a few reasons a morning and night routine would be different. For example, you don't need a Sunscreen if you're just going to bed so that's not usually included in a night routine. Hyram has mentioned that his night routine includes more steps because that's when he likes to use more serums so they really have time to work during the night. And that's when he does stuff that you only need to do once a day. So for example, if your morning routine is: Cleanser, hydrating serum, moisturizer, SPF; then your night routine could be something like: Cleanser, hydrating serum, exfoliating serum, treatment serums (like Niacinimide), oils (jojoba, rosehip) moisturizer, face mask (if you wanna do one. There's some good overnight ones but definitely don't need to do every might and it depends on need). Hopefully this helps!
From what I understand if you are using a retinol then it's best to use it at night because light breaks it down fast and it just doesn't work as well so using it at night is best.
I use your Salicylic Acid serum but I still get lot of build up in a few days after extracting and using Salicylic acid cleanser and serum. So I do not understand why every skincare youtuber says 'use Salicylic Acid and it will not build up". It does bluid up back fast for some ppl.
If you are very blackhead prone it's likely that his product is not the right formula for you, it has a low percentage (0.5% when they usually recommend 2%)
@@morgianasartre6709 it was 2%. I just personally find it very stripping and it makes me skin sore and tight. Not every product will agree with everyone. X
@@steff6682 Sorry, I was responding to the original comment who says they are using Hyrams serum which is 0.5%, they will likely benefit from switching to a stronger product. Also depends on the formula and how often you use it so not having had luck with one doesn't mean all would do that to your skin.
Saying "her skin is so beautiful" when the video is so obviously filtered is a bit weird. I mean that one girl when she put that mummy mask on so obviously had the video glitching because the filter was freaking out. Everybody has pores and if they are noticeably missing that’s a filter.
The fact that you’re the Ad︅ that pops up for your own video… iconic

Are those the only two things you're using or do you have a whole skincare routine? Not using moisturizer or sunscreen could have a negative effect on any serums you use :)
@@Lilithmaynot I also use a moisturizer from the ordinary, but I don't have sunscreen, I dont know which one I should use
your shirt is so cute omg
Your skincare line is amazing. My skin is finally clearing up
The last video was the most satisfying so far!
My first thought 3 seconds in: OMG I love Hyram’s shirt soooo pretty ☺️
Hyram 2 seconds later: I bet everyone’s gonna call me a pilgrim for my shirt🥲
Me: no Hyram the shirts great and well if you are a pilgrim, your’re the best dressed one
Everytime I use the serum dropper.... there's your voice in my head saying don't touch the dropper to your skin!! 😭😂😂
I just got into skincare and I love the information and vibes you give! Before you asked how you looked in that shirt I was like "that looks so good on him 😲" but I wasn't expecting you would mention it 😅! So yeah, you rock that shirt!
I love how he said not to compare your skin to their skin. Love him :)
Also thank you for making these videos! I have already learned so much from watching them!
"Glowing to the Gods", Hyram has watched Rob over "Mad about Skin"
Shirt looks great on you & beautiful design. Your fan from Oregon💕🌿🌁
0:30 Hyram no joke I just went to open the comments to say I love that shirt on you
✨aNy voLuNtEeRs tO pUnCh mE iN tHe NoSe?✨ had me dying 🤣😭
Btw, you got yourself a new subscriber :D
Not sure if he’ll see this but I think a video on “slugging” with treatments/creams/ moisturizers would be cool and maybe bc I do it sometimes 😅
Love that chemise! It's lovely and really looks great.
I feel like those of us who enjoy extraction videos also loved playing with the Play-Doh fun factory as kids. Am I wrong?
ADORE THE SHIRT. It was the first thing I thought before you even asked.
I’m loving the sleeves! It has great shape.
That shirt tho 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
Also, you need to try Miss A skincare. It’s literally $1-$2 and it’s amazing…killer ingredient list.
Love from Newfoundland
I love ur evolution in style beside the skincare evolution
Please do a review of scarlett johanssons new skincare line!!
It would be so cool to hear your thoughts on it.
Can you give a review over native sunscreens? Please!
Your reactions are so funny 😂
Just started the video, and I literally LOVE your shirt. It's the first thing I noticed seconds into the video! It's so pretty and it looks so good on you, the sleeves are beautiful, the shape is beautiful, the whole design is so good, I want to buy it too 😂
I was literally loving his outfit and then he had to go shit on himself like bruh 😤
Hyram! You're slaying with that shirt, love it!
Hi Hyram! I've very recently started a skin care routine. I was always afraid to put products on my skin cause I had no idea what I was doing. But thanks to your videos, I feel a little more educated and have started a skin care journey 🥳
It has only been 2 weeks, but I'm curious to know the difference between a morning and night routine.
LOVE THE SHIRT OMG!!!!!!
I use your Salicylic Acid serum but I still get lot of build up in a few days after extracting and using Salicylic acid cleanser and serum.
So I do not understand why every skincare youtuber says 'use Salicylic Acid and it will not build up".
It does bluid up back fast for some ppl.
Try niacinimide instead. Way better for blackheads x
@@morgianasartre6709 I’ve tried several over the years. But thanks x
NO THE FIRST THING I THOUGHT WAS OMG I LOVE HIS SHIRT. you look amazing babe
Can you react to Patrick Batemans skincare routine? 😆
GOSSSHH I'm so glad you asked about your shirt! It was all I could think of when I saw you. Just wow
Saying "her skin is so beautiful" when the video is so obviously filtered is a bit weird. I mean that one girl when she put that mummy mask on so obviously had the video glitching because the filter was freaking out. Everybody has pores and if they are noticeably missing that’s a filter.
Your shirt looks super comfy!!
