    OMG!!! the wall stretch (samakonasana) was an instant awakening therapy. I did when I was struggling so hard to continue with the revision. It worked amazing. It made me wide awake after that, worth trying xx

    I'm just 19years old.. Nd I sleep 16 hours in a day.. I can't sit for too long because I start feeling tired...I am not able to do anything and thinking about this makes me cry a lot... I don't know what happened to me what can i do..😭..Plz God help me 😭😭

      ​@@theyogainstituteofficialyes I consulted to doctor.. I'm suffering from tuberclousis, infection in my abdomen nd my lungs nd chest filled with fluid ..it's very heartbreaking for me💔.. I feel tired all the day..nd after that i started having excessive hairfall ... 😢

    1. Tired can happen any time mainly after meal.
    2. Wall stretch. Samakonasan.
    3. Have drinks like water. Temperature balance. Beet honey milk and rose - latte.
    , orange ginger water and honey.
    4. conscious relaxation. Shavasana. Focus on small parts of body. Focus on breath.

    Is it okay to take beet and milk together?!! Iron in beet and calcium in milk will combine with each other and prevent absorption of each other

    I didn't understand when ma said peel and boil the ginger and she says before peeling it and boiling it put a little water in the blender.
    Does she add the water of the boiled ginger and the ginger in the blender?

      First blend orange in the blender. Later peel ginger and boil the ginger. Add ginger boiled water to the same blender and blend again. Add some natural sweetner to this drink if required

I had brain stroke two times and recover. But still I can't stop medicines. But if I take medicine for BP. My weight is increasing.
