Thank you for this video! After a disastrous 3rd lesson with a manual last week i decided that wasnt for me. Ive got my first automatic lesson next week. Already, with this video im feeling very hopeful automatic is for me🙏🙏 starting to taste the freedom already ❤ x
Thank you for the comment! Some of the signs are easy but lots of practice will help with the others. Maybe try one of the apps that have been made or make your own flash cards?
You buy automatic when you use cars as a transportation from A to B. You buy manual when you have emotional connection to the car and often go on joyrides with no places to drive to.
To put the car in park reversed drive neutral or sports mode P R D N S and the gears depend how fast you want to go like when you change gear on a bicycle 🚴
Good point, for some people an auto is the only option. As most electric and hybrid drivetrains are auto the future looks to be more automatic gearbox than manual.
Why would you ‘need’ to drive a manual? If I needed to get somewhere and there was only a manual car available I would just get a taxi or use public transport
I am a new driver and just bought a Renault Clio initiale(2010) automatic. When I am doing maneuroves and have it in 'drive' or 'reverse' it sometimes creeps forward/backwards but then stops and stays still so I have to press the accelerator to get it to move which makes it go too fast during the maneurove. Is using the brake during the maneurove stopping the creep function from working when I take my foot off it?
The car will creep normally on flat or downhill bits of road but stop creeping on uphill bits. You should be able to put a little bit of accelerator in to get it moving but it can be difficult to do just enough. Try it in a quiet road with no traffic around. If you are unable to do just a little gas or the car seems to not creep when expected then get it checked out. From what you said it sounds normal.
I've got a Manual license but this was very helpful since I'm getting an automatic car
Awesome good luck
If you can drive a manual even a monkey can drive an auto.
Perfect Video for first time automatic car driving learner like myself, highly appreciate.
Glad it was helpful!
This is actually very helpful as a person who is learning how to drive this is very helpful and easy to understand, I really appreciate it so much.😊
Glad it was helpful! Thank you 🙏
Great. Thank you. Am plucking up courage to buy an automatic car, having been driving for years.
Great idea, test drive a few before you commit

Its an old joke but still relevant on todays roads
Hi loved the video I’m just worried about my theory there are so many signs I don’t know how I’m going to remember all of them loved the video tho! :)
Thank you for the comment!

I like automatic cars I'm starting my driving lessons doing automatic driving lessons

Good luck, auto cars are the future
Wow that was useful
Thank you
You're welcome
I drive manual but getting a newer car soon which is automatic and im scared 😢
I’m sure you will be fine but remember a quick driving lesson with an auto instructor is an option
What do you use the I gear for?
To put the car in park reversed drive neutral or sports mode P R D N S and the gears depend how fast you want to go like when you change gear on a bicycle 🚴
We don’t have an ‘I’ gear in this car. Maybe you have a 1 gear on your automatic gear selector? This would hold the car in first gear if you do.
how to use the break
Gently to slow or firmly press to slow quickly
*brake
You don’t need insurance for car parks. You don’t even need someone licensed with you.
Get pro your point u R for too annoying by repeating yourself
Thank you, feedback is always welcome!
Why would anyone want to pass an automatic driving test? You would be stuffed if you needed to drive a manual.
Good point, for some people an auto is the only option. As most electric and hybrid drivetrains are auto the future looks to be more automatic gearbox than manual.
Not when they’re releasing more autos than manuals nowadays they will die out
Automatic transmission is the future
No one makes these these days
