@@NUFCOfficialthere's a bad stigma that automatic is bad, it really isn't. At most it's a minor bit less fuel/economy efficient Vs someone who really knows how best to handle manual cars, but I never understand the argument about control and handling.
End of the day, automatic is what we'll all end up driving anyway

Can you please tell me is it easy automatic care driving as I have cleaned my theory test but I'm worried about practical, how many lessons do we need to take basically please tell me ?
I know I'm a month late but yes automatic is very and it all depends on you driving. Some people pick it up quick some don't. And yes automatic is much easier and yeah you should be good to go if you want to learn in an automatic.@@rajwinderkaur8586

Unlikely here, I'd say. The gold standard is still to get a manual license. Most used cars are manual transmission and it's definitely preferable to be licensed to drive all cars.

@@sutty85 exactly there’s fewer manuals and more of them nowadays are automatic so why waste time and money learning to learn manual if everything is changing to auto p.s. manual lesson are far more expensive

@matty7758 what about people who have disabilities or struggle with hand eye, foot coordination and prefer to focus solely on observation? Manuals are not inclusive to everyone. Autos in my opinion enhance the driving experience especially for city driving.

You're absolutely right that 1 serious can screw the whole thing, but on the other side it is easier to improve from just 1 serious than more.
@@jalalhaider83 yep that all u need to fail however in a mock test if u get 1 serious fault there is a higher chance u will actuslly pass the main driving test its easy to recover from 1 serious fault then 10

26:00 this is a very similar thing i was talking abwt, as a deliveroo rider, people tend to look only in just 1 direction b4 pulling out of a junction & its also the same with people crossing the rd, they seem to look in just 1 direction on a 2 way rd

She is but lacks awareness
People drive automatic to elevate the stress of using the clutch and changing speed with a gear stick, however you’re driving a go-Kart so your skills should be more focused on road awareness and people forget that. This driver has forgotten. Driving isn’t just automatically easy when driving auto, you still got to put in the work.
I understand this more because I live in the US and we have more automatic cars. I would like to see more of these in automatic cars

These roads are narrow as hell with lots of parked cars. I'd imagine the test would be very difficult in this area

I passed today with the help of all your videos 🥳🥳with just the 1 driving fault, it was a clean slate until the last turning right into the test centre where i stalled which gave me the minor 😂, was a busy friday rush hour 3 oclock with the sun being wicked in the eyes just to make things more difficult 😂

Passed my test on my second try this week and I could not be happier ❤. Got more minor faults than expected but I passed and none of them were on blindspots and mirrors at least.
Got my test next month done a 20m practice mock with my instructor last Saturday which he said he would recommend moving my test date back a month because he believes I won’t be ready. I have 12 hours in with him and 10 with my dad. I will be able to get another 10 withy my dad and 8 with instructor before test I feel this is enough time to improve. On the test he had like 1/3 of a note page with words on could he just be trying to get more money? My dad says I’m at a decent standard but idk
Might be better to get the experience of the test even if I fail hehe
@@young_legend8091 I personally spent well over 60 hours learning and failing the first time gave me the kick I needed.

I come from somewhere where manual cars are rare, so i wanna say that automatic is much easier to learn in.
Rayan bless your heart, revise the questions always, you need to work more on your observations, apart from that dont feel rushed to do your driving test take your time, you need to not to be anxious, i would not take my test until i cracked those things.

Hi, in 13:36-7 when she approached the end of the road which is giveaway, there was a pedestrian waiting to cross. I've seen the examiner gave serious fault for not giving way.

Isn’t it ironical that at 6:30 cyclist or oncoming vehicles shouldn’t be braking or slowing down, whilst at 6:50 she should have slowed down slightly more when she is at receiving end due to red car coming infront her potentially? Makes me think sometimes.
On Driving Test and driving in general they have "fail safe" rules and as an experienced driver one needs to keep out of trouble and safe even if others do not follow protocols.

Hello I have a question what happens when a police car with his sirens on goes through a red light and almost hits someone in intersection? Who would be in the wrong? is it a major fault?
i past my test last week
I didn't do a mock test, cancelled my lesson the day before my test and my practice drive on the day of the test was awful. But I still passed first time with 1 minor, it's good to remember that the practice can go badly, as long as you recognise and rectify your mistakes in the real thing you'll be okay.

Is it okay to use both legs to drive an automatic car during the test? I heard it strange but that’s the most comfortable way I can drive and I don’t know if it’s acceptable. Any ideas?
If you can keep proper safe control of car it would be fine. Logically you never need to speed up and slow down at the same time so it makes little sense. If you drive a manual and an automatic car using both feet is on occasions disastrous because you confuse the two very seldom but when you do and shove the clutch down but it is the automatic car's brake an emergency stop will happen and it is luck whether you are rear ended or not.
Manoeuvring an automatic you use the idle speed of the engine and creep by releasing the brake until you are safe to use the gas pedal. You always need to apply brake to move gear selector typically between forward and reverse. Then creep until you are confident you can use the gas. It is as easy as that.

What's the point of having a pedal cam setup in an automatic car as the coolest part of it is looking at the clutch and how it's used.

I failed at bus line,I was not driving on bus line but I didn’t take left line after bus line immediately as the examiner was telling me to turn left cos the traffic was very close that fooled me not to take the left line on time I was very angry,it’s silly mistake 😊
