What a banger video! Loved it. And it’s all sooo true. My grandad was a famous writer and what he did was say I’m going to write 100 pieces in hopes 1-2 gonna be a banger. And he did succeed with his strategy. Another point is thinking about creative work as a routine eliminates all the negative aspects of it. Like burnout or lack of a muse. If it’s your time to work on creative stuff then finding a muse is just a task you achieve instead of waiting for it. Watching a deep sea creatures documentary sometimes works for me for some reason, lol.
The carzy thing about this, is that Im doing a challange to post daily for 30 days and I can see that the more I do it the better im getting cause Im doing more! Thank you Gaku for pushing and inspiring me :)
Really enjoyed this video Gaku! I've been thinking exactly the same thing about how I feel like in order to avoid burnout and continue to keep improving your craft, the sweet spot is putting through a specific deadline for the project/work to be good enough. I find myself that putting deadlines pushes me to create videos at a quality that I'm happy with (around 85% satisfaction) and hit publish because at the end of the day. This is a finite game, there's no real end to it. But to create videos to learn and to improve on your work and finding yourself through our creativity. Thanks again for the video! :D
Love your content, i have aspired to improve my skills and you have taught me things that have taken me 3 weeks to learn in less than 3 hours of practice with your instructions, and now you have given me a great mindset to keep on creating! Love your content!
awesome video, man! really appreciate this perspective. I know you talked about setting deadlines for yourself here but would love to hear any more you have to share about self-motivation. that seems to be my biggest hurdle. thanks!
this is sick! i've been uploading once a week for the past 3 weeks(today will be vid 3!) and i've been adding one or two new elements each week which in the grand scheme of things isn't much but over the course of a few months, and then years it will be so much.

Consistency
That’s the key, without consistency, there’s no quantity nor quality.
Maybe this question is off-topic, but I wanted to ask if it’s worth becoming a 3D motion designer now in the age of AI?
This is idiotic. Tarantino will do like 10-12 movies over the span of his live, Ed Wood prolly did 1000...
