I am back and finally feeling more human after my virus so with that I bring you a simple Position and Homing Indicator (PHI) Navigation (NAV) tutorial so that you can enjoy a hassle free flight using the limited PHI Station bank.
My headtracker died in the short space of time bewtween my last video and this one so I apologise about the awkward cockpit movements. As stated in the video I have linked the address for the co-ordinate converter so that you can copy over the Long and Lat decimals over to your LN3 file but remember to make every marker count as you are only limited to five waypoints.
Also you need to remember to load in the PHI file otherwise nothing will happen so go into your community folder then into the G.91 folder and open the data folder, in there you will find G91Setup.exe, that is the program you need to open whilst the simulator is up and running. Then locate the blue button in the bottom left hand corner and load in your PHI file.
Hopefully this has all made sense and that you are able to complete a whole flight out of it, if you have any questions then fire away in the comments and I will get back to you. All the best!

Hi, I enjoyed your video. I am looking forward to the introduction of some well modelled, higher tech military aircraft in MSFS and that should give you more scope as the genre is obviously your forte.

Military aircraft are definitely more my thing, I don't mind flying GA stuff but Cold War Jets is where my heart lies. Thank you for your kind words, hopefully I can raise the standard of my videos a bit more, I am no Jerry Bruckheimer but I am learning.

Thank you, another aircraft I need to come back to, I will be doing a more up to date version of the PHI NAV in the TF-104G as this one is a bit outdated. Thank you for watching!
