I'm in the Miami Market.. I believe it was called something before Sunshine Network... I think it was the Sports Channel or something like that.. they also aired games on WBFS 33 (UPN at the time)
So, my dad went to America in the 1990’s and he went to one of these games, he actually got a bat from this match or another one, but I was looking for the bat and found it in my drawer, it says “Florida Marlins 1993”. So, I’d asking myself if this might be the match he got it.
I think the first D-Backs home game was on ESPN against the Rockies. It was Willie Blair for the Rockies and Andy Benes for the D-Backs. I watched that game, and Blair got torched by the D-Backs. I don’t have it, but I hope it makes it easier to research.

They were both NBC sports announcers Jay Randolph is still living charlie Jones well since passed away!!

Mile High was heaven for right-handed hitters with that thin air and short porch in left.
