I’m in the market for a good residential pressure washer. I was looking on Costco’s website. Further research brought me to your video. Thank you for taking the time! You answered all of my questions.
@@richardpbenaidrene6458 it was 70.00 off last week, I am not sure if it still is. Great Pressure Washer but I didn't like the washer hose, too sturdy, I will probably look for a better hose soon.
Can anyone tell me where the electric start power cord attaches to the pressure washer? I have looked top to bottom and no idea where it connects! I also would like to know what the cord looks like - I am sure there must be one here but it's not with the pressure washer and there's no manual.
I have this same power washer but something broke underneath the stop, choke, run control switch. That switch doesn't operate the choke anymore. Right underneath that control there are two brass pieces. One connects to the switch and the other connects to the control valve. It seems like these two brass pieces should be somehow connected but in mine they aren't. I can't find parts for this pressure washer online so not sure how to fix this. If it's not too much trouble can you take a picture of what yours looks like, especially what piece connects those two brass pieces. Thanks for your help!!
I'm not sure how to send you a picture I took a video and I'm going to upload it and I will send you the link maybe it will help you I think I'm going over what you're talking about but not sure. Ill try to help u the best i can tho
I just sent u a link to a video to maybe help u out lemme know if it works ....i recently made it, so the quality might be poor at first but in a day it should come out to 4k.
To me it does i do feel 89 is middle ground between normal and higher octane ....i also run additives after the first year of use ..ill start mixing only seafoam and lucas stabilizers ...it has always kept my machines from gumming up and starting the next season. But that's my preference.
Have you tried running pump saver through your pressure washer yet? Does your electric starter just click at times and unable to crank the engine to start?
I could start mine many times on one charge, but sometimes it would just make a heavy click and could not overcome the pump pressure, then after a couple more tries it would start with no problem again. You might want to try and see if you can get pump saver to go in the inlet and to come out the outlet, like other people are showing on other youtube videos. It is recommended to use pump saver if sitting for more than 3 days, to prolong the pump life. The reason I am asking this, is there seems to be something different about the Yamaha versions that will not let the pump saver in and come out the pressure side. I ended up returning mine because of that reason, since I don't use mine very often, which will likely cause early pump problems. When I was returning it at Costco, one of the guys walked up behind the counter and said "Another one?"
Whats the model? Where is it manufactured? Are you sure it works? I bought one from Costco without electrical starter yesterday. It starts cold OK, but does NOT start warm. You have to wait for about 20 minutes before it can be started "warm" -- NOT cold unless it completely cold down. Whenever it runs out of fuel, I have to take a break to wait about 20 minutes! It is "made in China" as marked -- I world not buy it if I saw the mark in store. Its going back to Costco.
Nice man ...that's a heck of a price especially with the season kicking back off.....i seen the updated model at Costco's the other day but it didn't have the electric start. A thing i liked about the new model tho was it was all black and it came with a turbo nozzle and power broom attachment
Should always use ethanol free gas if possible in all small engine devices. Will prolong the life and prevent build ups which are responsible for most small engine issues.
How do you charge to pressure washer
Comes with a charger it's down underneath it

It's right in the front under the bottom plastic cover.

Thanks for looking into it. I guess I misdiagnosed the issue. Your video is really helpful. Back to the drawing board.
Really appreciate your help!
I was wondering so 89 is what you’re using right? Does it really matter whether you use 87, 89, 91?

@@nightslayer2258 on mine it say to run non ethanol because its carb and not injected and it will gum up the carb so ya probably run non ethanol

kwd57 no I haven't ran anything thru my pump and it will start maybe 3 time with a full charge ...but the directions do say to charge after every use.

Where did you find them for that price?

They now sell 4 stroke, ethynol-feee gas by the can at hardware stores.
