I find that tinned tomatoes need a little bit of brown sugar and lemon juice to remove their metallic flavour and it helps deepen the dynamic flavours of most dishes!

Soak for 10hours with sea salt in room temp water. Best to cook in a pressure cooker (will take between 20-40 mins depending on what pressure cooker you use). Cooking in a normal pot is wild (they never get super soft). Add a strip of Kombu to the pressure cooker + salt.
I recently made a fritata similar to this. Only that i used zuchinni n asparagus,no peas or pesto but i will surely try it this way. Everything looks yummy as usual. 😂
You recipes never disappoint just cooked the first one. Out of this world flavour the curry will be dinner tomorrow. You understand the concept of layering your seasonings super impressive
