I just happened to have done a dinner party with fresh-made mushroom ravioli with a roasted butternut squash sauce. Guess what I have extra now!?! Squash, peppers, shallots... So that tagine is looking real good too at the moment! More work!! ;) Glad to have stumbled upon your channel.

Amazing recipes.. thank you. The Zhug almost resembles indian coriander chutney just replacing the parsley with mint in the chutney.. but definitely yummy..
For the correct taste for coriander mint chutney... the proportion of coriander to mint should be around 2:1. And for natural acidity and sweetness do add a granny smith apple. 😊
