This is awesome! Would be very nice if we could see the shape shifting as Im trying to get better at doing dmg. With the transform thingy its harder to follow ^^. Great job!
Thanks! :) I get what you're saying. If you look closely though, you can see every ability i use on the right side of the screen (including shapeshifts), and also which form I'm in to the left of my player unitframe. When I go catform you can also see it by the energy bar moving and rake/rip icons appearing above my main WA hub.

Hi, thanks for posting your videos, very interesting content. I just have a question about what i perceive you generating combo points while in normal form and healing? Is this heart of the wild in action or how? it looks like youre also cleaving the bosses or something?
Appreciate it! That's heart of the wild yes. But what do you mean with cleaving the bosses?
I've just picked up resto druid and these videos are helping me learn it!
Quick question: what add-on is it that controls your party frames? I keep my add-ons pretty minimal but I like the control you have over showing your hots, the time left on them, etc. but I can't tell what's done in ElvUI and what's done with Plater. Any tips? I've also just discovered that vertical timeline for bosses and that's very helpful! That's some DBM + WA stuff right?
The party frames are handled by ElvUI, including the hots and everything. (Some WAs make the glow around them which you can see at times) You have the option to show whichever hot/debuff you want, where you want it, the size etc. in ElvUI. I know this is also possible with other addons like Grid2 or VuhDo, but I personally prefer ElvUI.
You're correct about the vertical timeline, it's a WA that replaces DBM or BigWigs timers. You still need DBM/BW installed though.

Do you need any options or anything from DBM besides just having it on? I grabbed the add-on but haven't been able to dive into options too much yet. I'm hoping after maintenance today I can get something neat from the vault and get my UI setup!
@@dennislangley9279 You don't need to touch DBM settings for the WA replacement to work, no. Should work "out of the box". Good luck with setting up your UI :)
Can I ask why the mage released after the Gutshot fight? Was that a mistake? He was missing for some pretty huge pulls and that cost you guys more in time than the 8 seconds it would have taken to rez him, so just wondering if there was some other strategy thing that I was missing
We were checking if they changed the graveyard spawn point, but we quickly found out it was not worth it. Would've ressed him if i knew he spawned so far away

what trinkets do you think will be the best for m+, i won a heroic broodkeepers promise and it seems alright but i imagine big dps sticks will be better like feather/umbrelskul/tome and then stat sticks like icon/essence/pips etc etc. just wondering your thoughts
Definitely a dps trinket, most likely Tome since it's super broken atm, or ragefeather. In high keys my guess is you also play Ward of Faceless Ire. Icon/essence only if your team have it.
@@SyrealGaming1 i was thinking essence cuz its better than icon in m+ and then rageheart/tome .
@@smurf8646 The thing is you don't want to play essence if everyone else in your group doesn't. And in m+ ppl won't play it because there are better options. Also as I said you probably need Faceless Ire in higher keys to survive/help a teammate survive.
@@SyrealGaming1 yea but in s2 everyone ran essence in m+ so i dont see why everyone wouldnt run it now
@@smurf8646 It's been nerfed since then, we have more options now than back then and things are tuned differently now.
You are not ”catweaving”? I dont like catweaving so looking for a viable caster resto druid build :)
I am, but in huge pulls you do more dps by going moonkin and spamming starfire. On single target/few targets you wanna catweave to do the most dps.
I would recommend getting comfortable with catweaving if you want to maximize your dps. Your rotation in catform is 4 buttons so it's super easy :)
I see your addons list but im curious which one of them shows the mobs CDs/abilities
Do you mean the icons and bars on the screen or the icons on the nameplates?

@@SyrealGaming1 The bars which notify incoming important abilities during trash pack pulls. For example at 1:26 there are 3 bars of Fixate Inc (right side next to the your character)

Would it be such a smooth run without that demon hunter doing quadruple the healers healing i think not. Druid healing is great i love it but it all comes down to the group setup. You need a demon hunter or dk with their selfhealing else its not a fun time xD
Of course it all comes down to the comp :) But it's not so much about the tank's HPS as it is about his ability to lock down/control mobs for an extended period of time allowing you to pull big without much risk of dying for the rest of the group. That's what Vengeance DH excels at. Blood DK would make this a lot harder.

I'm not copying, I make them myself. I've taken some inspiration from Quazii and other creators simply because I think the thumbnails look good and they attract viewers. Then I make my own iteration with elements taken from different sources of inspiration.
