      Great globalist finance controls politics (conservative, labour, SNP, greens are full of great finance puppets) and wants to destroy family (gender theory, LGBT ideology, pornography, ...) because family is the greatest obstacle to the full control of people; muslim immigrants in Europe are also instruments for this satanic project; SNP has nothing Scottish about it (except the name). Read G.K. Chesterton, a great defender of family and freedom. Wake up Scots: protect your families, children and freedom!

    As a Gaelic speaker, I can confirm that Linda is one of our heroes for the language. She's done a huge amount of work for the BBC, for kids, and for the language in general. Cheers, Linda - the Gaelic world certainly wouldn't be the same without you 👍
    Mar neach aig a bheil Gàidhlig, gabhaidh a ràdh gu bheil Linda am measg gaisgich a' chànain a th' againn. Tha i air an t-uabhas a dhèanamh dhan BhBC, do chlann is dhan chànan fhèin san fharsaingeachd. Taing, Linda - is cinnteach nach biodh saoghal na Gàidhlig mar a tha i as d' àonais-sa 👍

    • @UISTMAN59
      @UISTMAN59 Год назад +1

      That is the tune, but as is quite common in Gaelic songs, the tune and the chorus are being used here as the foundation of a totally different song, evidently of more recent composition and called "Cuairt Mhara Gillean a'Bhaileshear do Chairinnis " as per the title of the video "A Sea Trip of Baleshare Lads To Carinish" - both places being in North Uist. You could try writing to Linda at "An Lòchran Gaelic Arts" at 22 Mansfield Street G11 5QP Glasgow.

    I hope that Scotland rediscovers not only its true (wonderful) music (and language) but also its true faith and its true history. Reflect on the values underlying your traditional songs and read G.K. Chesterton, a great defender of Scotland, family and freedom (and a quarter Scots himself). Wake up Scots: protect your families, children and freedom.

    • @HughMcBrideDonegalFlyer

      Linda is singing in Scots Gaelic, traditionally spoken in the remote western parts of Scotland , but now it seems to be making a comeback through the rest of Scotland, which is great. As an American who grew up in the north west of Ireland speaking Irish Gaelic ( or just Gaelic ) , I can understand enough of the Scots Gaelic to get the jist of the conversation . It is my impression that Linda only sings traditional songs, being from the Isle of Uist I believe. but my Irish is too rusty to decipher the title of this song am afraid..
