Windward Mall held a "Denim Days" drop off event on Saturday
If you missed the event, you can still drop off your items through Tuesday! There's drop off boxes around the mall. They hope to get 500 pounds total. Windward Mall will give the denim to Goodwill Hawaii, which is expecting a bigger demand for denim for students headed back to school.

Denim lasts forever. Regret to get rid of my favorite jeans, but I might have to because of my greater experience.
