I know it won't be but I just love the original so freaking much. A Reboot tells the same story but in a different way but I just really don't want to see anybody but Brandon Lee as Erik Draven if that makes sense.
I friggin love the original since I saw it at 13 years old, and I've been good for a reamake for a long time, but this ain't doing it 😎I dare anyone that's never seen the original not to cry after watching it 😎 this movie is seriously lacking that impact 😎
Right? I don't really think that if they did a remake it would be bad but this version just doesn't cut it for me. It's a super sad film in some aspects for sure. This film gives more CGI Action vibes than storytelling. That's what I like most about the Original is the Storytelling! It draws you in. This one didn't for me.
I have been hoping that they would stop production of this new one cuz they are ruining the character that Brandon Lee gave his life to bring to life!!! The Crow (1994) has always been my favorite movie of all time!!! Nothing against Bill Skarsgard, he is an amazing actor!!! its the producers!!! They honestly could have kept the crow name and just changed Eric Dravens name and called it another sequal and it would have been fine. I agree that it should not be remade. they should stop!!! But love the video brother...Keep up the amazing work!!!
Thank you so much! I didn't want them to even think about rebooting this film. The Crow is probably in my Top 5 as well. In my opinion, they should not have touched this with a 10-foot barge pole. Bill is going to do great but the direction of who is doing the movie doesn't ever match the original.
Brandon Lee looked the part yes! And was epic as the crow! But the look is from the JamesO’Barr crow graphic novel. And I agree bill skarsgard doesn’t have it the look nor does this have dark, haunting, gothic , tragic vibes. This has JOHN WICK, fast and the furious, island boy, mainstream modern cashgrab bullshit vibes .
Right? The vibes just don't fit for the Crow in my opinion. It may be because of my interest in the original version. This movie focuses more on the action than telling the story of Erik Draven and Shelly.
