Well well well.. .I only managed to compare the old and the new; 1960 vs 2024 in an ultimate Leslie speaker shootout! Which one is best?

Great video, Nick! As I said previously, this is the next item on my "Bucket List"! I think the 122H sounds fantastic with your C-3. I plan to sell my 3300, which is like new, to help finance this newest Leslie beast! It would be interesting to hear a comparison of the 122H vs. the 3300 if you can manage the time to do it. IMO Sounds great and (not much) better than the 3300 but the vintage 122 is the thing that sounds amazing.
Seems to sound great but, as you say, to have a better informed view, we need a real back-to-back direct comparison. Thanks!
"Overdrive" is euphamism for distortion. Sounds like something is faulty. Should be able to do loud in a space that small without getting distortion.
The Leslie effect is lovely despite the distortion. Is there a faulty capacitor?
The C3 and vintage 122 are maintained and serviced regularly.
