Buddy Rich battle vibes but less hate hah. Bloody amazing drumming by both dudes. I remember first seeing Steve on a drum forum years back on that zz top cover song and being perplexed and amused.
When you’re front man is a drummer and your drummer is a front man.
I would have loved to see how these guys came up with this routine. Also Wipe Out will never be the same to me.

Normally I don’t enjoy this song, but the stuff Steve and Rick do in this makes it SO much better. Can tell they are having fun.
For those that don’t know Steve has his own RUclips channel now. He and Rick recently went and did a tv show in China.

Steve has come a long way as an entertainer. That routine is so reminiscent of some of the greats. There was some Jerry Lewis in there for sure and the synchronized playing with the other bandmate was just wow. But the pantomiming and the faces, man that is from an era way before he came along. That was vaudeville on an Abbott and Costello level. Friggin great man!
Be prepared to experience no more than 5 seizures.
These guys have honed their craft to perfection. This is showmanship kids!!!!

This the same guy that was playing with a band for a wedding party? Had to play a simple beat but he broke out playing wildly but not hiting the drums.
