Mans wrote a whole article claiming to be a victim, fought tooth and nail to keep up what essentially amounted to a poorly made shitpost, and then gave up and "reworked" the film into something new - where he also turned off dislikes and comments. Yeahhh something stinks here, and it ain't just the cheese

I feel like if this sex tape had instead been made as a RUclips Poop and NOT as an entry in something Aardman organized, Aardman wouldn't have had an issue with this.

UPDATE ON THE WALLACE & GROMIT SEX TAPE: I just searched it up today and surprise, surprise, Blake Neale seems to have privated the video! You can't even find his extensive article about Aardman's lawsuit for some reason.
Not sure if he saw your video and got his ego shattered or there's a completely different reason, but just so others know, that's what's happened to the video!

Now it reminded me of a disturbing “animation” from Gromit. There is even on RUclips, the name of the video is called “Wallace And Gromit : Gromit Spoof”. It's a very disturbing animation that would tell why we can't see Gromit's mouth, and what they did to demonstrate it was very disturbing and scary.
Then try to say what you think of this type of animation. Even because this type of animation can end up spoiling the image of Wallace & Gromit a little.
That sounds undoubtedly traumatising.
 So, for me it was because when I was little, I was researching on the computer, some videos of how scenes from W&G movies were made. Until I watched a video of Gromit that traumatized me

Being honest I think the reason Blake’s video had no comments was probably due to him deleting them as he probably got a lot of backlash from the controversy with Aardman and so his comments section was probably filled with those disowning him for essentially trying to ruin Wallace and Gromits reputation by showing it to kids but hey at least carry on horris and vomit is gone from Yt for good since Blake privated it and hopefully we don’t see him on this site again
Its really hard to see where those 18 months went other than sitting g alone in his room with a box of tissues

Even though I believe the film does fall under fair use since it is technically transformative and I don't personally agree with Aardman taking it down (that's just me, also Aardman are pretty trigger happy when it comes to take downs anyway so I find it hard to side with them), that still doesn't make up for the parody being fucking shite. I wasn't shocked or bemused by it, if anything I was board by it, possibly because I've seen (well heard) cruder (and funnier) so I'm pretty desensitized to it, Wally & Vomit in A Good Day Out, the many RUclips Poops, hell even the Lenny Henry spoof are way, way funnier.
Also I don't agree with the filmmaker either, the product he made was crap (and this is coming from me), he is a egotistical twat who handled the situation in a terrible way, basically everyone involved in this fiasco are all in the wrong.
I think the deciding factor for Aardman taking the video down was that this made news headlines and was interpreted as genuine.
Had it just been uploaded to RUclips and not made a fuss of, (or literally sent to them, for that matter) I don't think they would've bothered with it.
I do agree that the situation was made unnecessarily convoluted, especially considering the film is, as you say, "boring".

Speaking of parody, are you aware of the Australian puppet character Agro? He was co-host of a children’s show called Agro’s Cartoon Connection, and was hugely popular in Australia during the 1980s. He was very funny, and beloved despite of (or because of) his often bawdy and trolling humour toward his costars. The most fascinating part of his story, however, is how the actual puppet came to be. A story that involves an appropriated toy and legal action by Henson Associates!
Agro’s story would make a great video analysis for your channel.

In the US, what this guy did would definitely be fair use. However, he does come off like a huge prick. What he said about Peter Sallis is fucked up and petty though… So my sympathies are extremely minimum.
People can be SO cruel. From spring 2001-July 2004, I had a REALLY mean bully for a classmate! He bullied me BIG TIME, even used the bullying at his previous school(s) to justify it, and even admitted that his parents kept him out of education altogether for a prolonged period of time until the police got involved! He got at me for liking Cubix, not even a widely hated cartoon, but he got at me for being a fan the way children in early 80s US were got at by other kids for watching pre-splat Nickelodeon (which was a green vegetable channel until the splat rebranding in late 1984)! I admit Cubix wasn't the best cartoon I could've been watching at the time but it still holds up really well! Also, said bully got at me for still mainly watching kid-targeted movies and TV shows in general despite being nearly an adult (I can't help it if a lot of adult stuff is too violent and/or sexual for my taste!), he once drew a picture of Stitch RAPING Lilo to upset me, he and a friend-turned-bully even joked about 9/11 to upset me! One day, they even said "Instead of Monsters, Inc., why not have Bin Laden, Inc.?" and "Instead of The Tigger Movie, why not have The Taliban Movie?"! What if I had a close friend of family member who got killed in 9/11? MANY times in 2004, the friend-turned-bully told me MANY times that Osama Bin Laden was going to destroy my Xbox and then one point where he said so AGAIN nearer the end of the school year, I felt I had no choice but to bite one of his arms as hard as I could, so I did just that!

The problem with this show is one - it starts to make money... but it's about questionable content. Before it was popular the creator made fun from character who lives with dog alone. Now this show makes money and there is no way to questioning it.
The truth is that kids show (now) is very disappointing. It's really sad life of a single man which run away from thinking into inventions. It's more like a drama than comedy. When public start to questioning things it all that will start to surface.
All this is more like Benny Hill's life - guy who was loved died somewhere alone, found by that small bold guy who was for him a bit like that dog.
Looks like when guy started to do that show he made fun from single people, but after success and huge money earned he would rather skip that part of Wallce life. Walles just not doing that things.

See for some reason, I didn’t expect there to be a woman in the video. But the fact that he made it seem like it was “sex tape” of Wallace and Gromit and even put that in the title is completely wrong and inappropriate for 1. young viewers and 2. just in general. It’s very disrespectful to Nick Park and the Aardman company.

There is some parody videos still on RUclips like the you reposted in the wrong trousers video that edits wallaces words like he's rapping from hour of poop channel . Though it's can be vulgar it comes from a place of love and states clearly is a parody . It's also more clever and its something older wallace and gromit fans that doesn't hurt the brand really.
