It was so cold at this game and I was not dressed for it at all but the last minute goal definitely helped me forget it

The number 16 Santa Clara defender who was marking Dellarose did not get between her and the goal. Instead, Dellrose got a step on #16 , but she was not sprinting, so #16 could still have gotten in to a better defensive position... but failed.

Tessa Dellarose avoids an upset ax for the 2nd seeded Tar Heels of North Carolina at Dorrance Field as they won, 1-0 over Sta. Clara

Why is there no one at that game. If they have all of those grandstands strictly for soccer and nobody shows up to an NCAA tournament game what’s the point

    She was offsides.

#25 was holding her onside. Very clean pass in an onside position.

Uh, not only did 2 defenders keep her onside, but #26 was about 3 yards ahead, lol.

No replay or review in women's college soccer? Tar Heel forward kicked the Santa Clara defender in the calf, tripping her as she was clearing the ball. Watch the replay...

Nope. The keeper did not have possession, so the #13 Tarheel made a play for the ball. If anything, she was fouled from behind by the #14 defender.
