    Great full body with weight! I don't always love workouts with repeated exercises, but these moves were really good!

Repetition helps you fully engage with each movement, building strength and endurance over time. By performing a move multiple times, you can really focus on perfecting your form and technique, which is incredibly beneficial for muscle growth and improvement. It also enhances muscle memory, making you more efficient and effective at each exercise over time, which leads to a quicker improvements and better performance in your workouts. Plus doing exercises multiple times can strengthen the mind muscle connection, helping you feel and control the muscle working, which enhances your overall workout effectiveness.
      Of course, variety is equally important to keep workouts exciting and well-rounded. I'll always strive to provide a mix that keeps you challenged and engaged.
