Philippines is the best adventures for kids specially the Beaches and waterfalls..100% you guys will come back and be stranded in Philippines until you decide to stay here as your second home..just like what others did.they were trapped of Philippines beauty and hospitality.

make sure to go around BGC especially during dusk! Explore High Street, 5th Street (during the weekends), Forbes Town, Uptown Parade and a lot more! SO many stuff to do that's family oriented! Y'all could also visit Makati, Ayala Triangle, Rockwell and Aseana City (Mall of Asia, Okada Manila)

I enjoy seeing people in these super empty flights and I keep imagining that one day that will be me. It NEVER is hahaha. Our flights are always full. Enjoy the Phillipines! We haven't been yet, might be our next vacation!
Haha we rarely ever get flights like this either! They were also very strict on people moving seats too. We barely got them to allow Linds and the older girls to move to the row behind me.

Oh by the way, you need to pay tribute to the Manila American cemetery. If you are in BGC Manila, it's just a walking distance. I swear, the soldier's cemetery is better than ARLINGTON. SO BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO SEE.

Manila, then this time, this season Baguio, Sagada and Banaue since it is still cool weather in Baguio. Then Boracay, Palawan, Cebu, Bohol, Siargao, Siquijor, Camiguin, Ilo-Ilo..
Def not enough! We already are working on plans to come back!

Awesome video, as always! Have you guys slimmed down your luggage since we talked in Chiang Mai? We were in Manila this time last year, but we never actually stayed in BGC. I can HIGHLY recommend against eating balut. Intramuros and Mall of Asia are worth seeing. There's good food down by the water in Manila proper. All of that is a long way from BGC though.
Mall of Asia sucks. Greenbelt in Makati is the best mall in the Philippines because it doesn't feel like a mall.
Ummm. We have changed our luggage configuration so many times since we saw you in Bangkok 😂 all configurations suck 😂 I need kids old enough to haul their own crap!!

Not sure if this is pre recorded a long time ago or a recent one, but for Manila, you may want to check out the National Musuem of the PH, the beautiful and historical Manila-American cemtery in BGC Taguig since I think that would be of significance to you since you guys ere Americans, Intramuros, Manila Bay, etc. For Cebu, pyou may want to check out I.T. Park where call centers are located, Ayala in Cebu Business Park, SM Seaside /SM city, OceanPark, Temple of Leah, Taoist temple, Magellans' Cross, Santo Nino/Cathedral Church, Osmena Peak and some beach resort hotels in Mactan, Bantayan Island, Sardine swimming, whale shark swimming, Sumilon sandbar, etc. Bohol, Siquijor, and Siargao, Camiguin, Banaue Rice Terraces should be n your future visits, too. Here are some places to visit that I suggest.
1. Baguio City - if you prefer a cold place. Moreso, that there is an on- going festival there - "Baguio Flower Festival". I suggest you watch the Parade. (Kindly check the schedule)
2. El Nido / Coron in Palawan - if you prefer island hopping, and underground river tour. These are world class spots.
3. Bohol - if you want to see the "Chocolate Hills and Tarsier", and the beaches as well.
4. Cebu - the queen city of the Philippines.
I suggest also that you can go to provinces, aside from its cheaper, you got to experience Filipino hospitality.

It's a crime to visit Manila and not visit BGC and High Street and check out the street art!

-Okada
Makati (a must on weekends):
- market at Jaime Velasquez Park, food variety (Saturday until 2 pm so be early!)
- Ayala Museum (art and history) + Greenbelt gardens
+ Ayala Triangle Park
- Japanese area on top floor of Glorietta
- Penthouse 8747 or any rooftop bar for the view!
- Rockwell at night
- Poblacion has some good eats but if you're a bit daring
BGC (a must! Street art on buildings):
- High Street
- Venice Grand Canal Mall
- American World War II Memorial
- any rooftop pub here

Try to visit Fort Santiago in Intramuros, newly renovated Manila Zoo, Venice Grand Canal in BGC, Mall of Asia , biggest IKEA in the world, Tagaytay and Baguio the summer capital of the Philippines 🇵🇭 Enjoy and have a wonderful time 👌
Manila Zoo is still depressing. Grand Canal Mall is overrated with nothing to do. Baguio is out of the way for their itinerary.

Welcome to the former U.S. Territory the Philippines. From 1898 to 1945 Philippines was a United States territory. Our laws here was adopted from US laws and Spanish Laws.. so we have a lot of U.S. Influence in the Philippines like speaking English, culture, the was we dress caps, shirts, jacket, shoes, etc...
If you are in the Metro Manila. Use Grab car.. so you could avoid scammers if you have luggage. Just give them tip like 200php from naia to any where in metro manila something around 500 to 800 php
