I also highly recommend a 1 day trip to Yilan, as there is now a bus that takes you there directly from Taipei that is around 1.5 hours ride. You can go to one of the many petting zoos there that has all sorts of animals like capybara, kangaroos, llamas, parrots etc, and then head to the National Center for Traditional Arts for lots of DIY opportunities!

4:30, I was surprised that Linds could pronounce Ding Tai Feng almost perfectly. Why almost perfectly? Because for a native speaker, I can still tell that she's not a native speaker. But it's already pretty good. And I would also like to thank you both for acknowledging the difference between Taiwanese and Chinese.

Although the name of the country weirdly includes "China", most people in Taiwan would feel offdeded to be associated with China. So, a Taiwanese sausage is a Taiwanese sausage. Thank you.
