What is de difference between the example of Run-on, " I was hungry, so I ate lunch." and the Comma splice, " I was tired, so I went to bed."

The correct one has conjunction

Both are correct. If you use a comma plus a coordinating conjunction, you are fixing both: Run-ons and Comma Splices ;)
