Nice video Justin, take it your loving the new boat then? Did you get the water to pump? Impeller of blockage. Great translations with the guide book at the end . Fantastic keep them coming .
The water is kind of pumping now... At least, not overheating... No blockage, the pump is just lame I think, and the impeller cover may have been sucking air (inexplicably)
Nice, we are in St Helen’s pool right now, first time I have sailed here and we could not have asked for better weather. Hope you next trip is as successful.
Great video and trip yet again. Nicely done in the helford (our local spot). Aiming tongo Scillies next week but forecast looks pants so prob head east. Safe sailing
Hi Justin sorry to bother you looks like my purchase of a lovely twister will be completed by 11th September can I ask where you dry dock your boat down Plymouth or if you know of anywhere that way reasonable... Great vids by way loved the jester ones take care care bud hopefully bump into one day sailing down that way as seem smashing guy
@@charmer1979 yes, definitely. I'd prep differently and 'expect' a different trip, but I'd still do it. Many jesters use bilge keel boats 👍 just do it 😁
Overall, I'm impressed. Loads of room, surprisingly quick. Really hate the slamming that happens on certain points of sail. But love having all the mod cons. Horses for courses eh 👍

Great to see a new video
Cheers Rich
Brilliant stuff as usual. New boat appears to work and is obviously a better fit for a growing young crew. Looking forward to the next adventures.

Twin keel Fulmar, the ideal boat for Scilly, they are fast and go to windward well.. Looks like you chose a good time to visit.
Thoroughly enjoyed the video! Inspiring as usual.
I just made port in Alderney!! This place is so cool 😁
@@SVRoquetta Can't wait to see that video!!

It's no bother at all mate, join the FB group 'twister 28 worldwide' then we can direct message 👍
Would you still do the jester challange with a bilge keel compared to your previous long keel twister?
I'm wondering how far I could go in my cobra 850 bilge keel

I'm curious to know your feelings on the bilge keel fullmar now you've had time to get to know her.

@@SVRoquetta would you pick the bilge keel version again though?
@@autoculto7629 if I was going to get a coastal boat, yes. Bilge keels are perfect. Would I do the jester in a bilge Keeler? Yes.
