That's how to climb a mast ! Awesome. None of this bosun's charts, safety nets, hard hats and 6 safety ropes, love it. But you didn't have a life jacket on ! Love the new boat, glad to see you back, look forward to more vids, Cheers Rich
I know. Seriously. The westerly just feels so different, much more lively at sea, and much more exposed in the cockpit. I hope I'll get used to it... So much to do now...
I didn't realise I was passing mate, or I'd definitely have called in. Name.... Her name is awful, I intend to change it, suggestions? Judas Iscariot perhaps?
Made up for ya Justin. She looks solid as shite. How’d you feel about letting roquetta go ? What about the Hebridean? Did you have to leave it on the old boat? Either way glad to see your back on the water and did you say live aboard? Wow ! Looking forward to further videos. Currently at Baltimore waiting out these lows , headed back to whitehaven Monday so catch up on mine when I post . Good luck mate
Great to see the new ride. Those were flying fish you were clearing off the deck? How was the Thames crossing, I found it well buoyed and easy with all the windfarms. Looking forward to seeing your improvements over the next few years. Sandy
Nice move up in size a big increase in space. Reputedly the best Westerly for sailing. I was suitable impressed by their performance under sail. And bilge keels open up lots of options you will have to go back to the East Coast for some mud hopping 😁😁

Looking good as always Justin
Bilge keels are heaps of fun! I wish you some good 'drying-out' adventures in the near future!
Beautiful vessel! Love the color of the anti-skid surface. "Safety of the ship!!" That was hilarious, considering!!
Nice one
Nice to finally see the new ride. 👍👍👍 And Peter looking in fine fettle too!
He was invaluable, and put up with stressed, time pressured justin for three days without complaint. I owe him for that 👍
Awww very nice
Nice new ride. Bit concerning that diesel smoking so much. What is the engine? Looking forward to your new adventures
It's ok, I was worried too, it's steam, not smoke 👍
Aargh !! long keel twister to westerly bilge keel , know pluses minuses for both but ......😊👍👍

Shocked you didn't call in on your way past, Butler! Great new ride though. Looking forward to seeing you making her beautiful! Name?

The Hebridean was part of the boat kit, it went with, I'll probably make another one 🤣. Yes, very hard to let her go..
£300 on fuel? I reckon you’ve got enough sea life on your hull to feed a small French village mate! 😂
Yeah I did have, scrubbed off now. Just a two blade egg beater too. Not ideal
Looks like a nice new ride, did you bring your wind wane with you?
Nope, I'll need to make a new one..
@@SVRoquetta blimey, having just bought the kit and made one, I'm surprised you didn't want to keep it, are you sticking with the same one?
@@jesbates8611 I think I will, yes. Depends how much time I have on my hands 🤣
Do I get a prize for guessing correctly lol. Nice solid vessel
🤣🤣 I should come up with an award of some sort really 😁
