Just adopted my flame point kitten the other day. He’s literally the sweetest, smartest, & prettiest cat I’ve ever seen. I’m always calling him my “sweet prince” and “handsome boy” even though his actual name is Kyber. 😂💙 Considering adopting another Siamese one day so he has someone to play with when I’m being lazy. Also good whenever I’m not home, which isn’t all that often, but still.

My Flame Point Scotty is sunning in the window as I surf the web next to him. He is going on 7 months. What a beauty he is. Very surprised when I learned how expensive they are as kittens. Got lucky at the local shelter and adopted him for free at 5 and a half months old. He's quite the beast when the lights go out. So I crate him at night and he is doing quite well. Flame Point Siamese cats are stunningly beautiful.

But he is definitely one of a kind and definitely is clingy
We have two Flame Point cats that we absolutely love. We are retired and rescued one from a city pound and the second we rescued from a rescue home that takes in cats only. They were both kittens and 4 months apart. We realized how sweet and loving the first cat was and decided he needed a friend other than us to play with, so we looked for another cat and just happened to find another kitten on the Internet and she is a little girl. Not only are they beautiful with their coloring but with their beautiful blue eyes. I had no idea that Flame Point cats were rare due to their breed and coloring but were so intelligent. It's too bad that when you rescue a cat it has to be neutered prior to adoption. I would have loved to be able to raise babies and share them with friends and others with good homes since they have such sweet personalities. Ours are still kittens, Pumpkin, the boy is 8 months old, and Sugar, the girl (which is even rarer) is 4 months and they have never hissed at each other or anyone. They love their home, food, toys, towers, playtime, and everyone! We think everyone should own at least one Flame Point Siamese cat in their lifetime.
same thing happened to me but mine adopted me and one day i looked him up and went even though he is male he is rare. dont know why someone would dump him. i mean the zoomies ate jard to deal with but i just dont know.

At my parent's place, there were two flame points, a male and a female. The male is very feral acting and the female is very sweet, but very afraid and cautious. I notice that neither of them really are too vocal. Well, they are but have very soft meows that are actually hard to hear. When my mom passed away last year, I ended up taking the female flame point because she was a little more tame. She's very sweet, but very curious and wants to investigate everything. Sometimes she roams around, but is very affectionate and has a very soft meow. I would have love to have taken her brother but every time I tried to approach him he seemed to be too nervous and run away. Anyhow, helpful video!

I got a Flame Point Siamese Mixed about 2 months ago at about 10 weeks old. She is an amazing cat thus far and definitely like to play and is very clingy.
Love my Flame Point Siamese. Only disagreement is he is very quiet. Hyper and into everything yes yes and yes. Wish I could have taken a litter mate but he was the last one. 😢 Everyone he meets comments on his beauty.
Homer Baby came to us in a thunderstorm soaked to the skin. Thunder terrifies him; he runs to the house and cries by the door at the first clap. He was abandoned when some people half a mile across the pasture left and somehow made it on his own for nearly 3 months in spite of being a big white wuss and evading the coyotes. He sure was happy to find a home and has never strayed a day in the last two years. Some may say he is a Rag Doll but he looks just like these that are being called Flame Point Siamese. He doesn't have the Siamese yell but instead a near perfect C quiet meow hardly ever above a whisper. He is a long hair and his best buddy is Noodle, a Seal Point. Noodle is the stalwart and Homer is goofy and fun loving. They go around like Mutt and Jeff. Homer is true to breed and loves being loved but almost all cats do as well. Homer knows how to relax! On the sofa, on his back, feet up in the air, tail straight out and SNORES! He is Mr. Busy-body for most of the day starting at sunup. When he sleeps in the house he starts down the hall singing with the rising sun for me to get up and let him out. He tries to hunt but a big fluffy, long tailed mostly white cat can't hide well at all. Homie looks up and watches airplanes when they fly over as well as birds. His hunting technique is to hide behind a tree trunk peeking out thinking he is unseen. Pepper is a mighty and super serious hunter who Homer tries to copy but it is just too serious and too much like work to follow Pepper's lead. Homer wants to be friends with almost all the other six cats but is mischievous and that gets him in trouble with Pepper, the big black enforcer cat. His other best friend is Grey Kitten, a British short hair. He knows he is special and it is hard not to give him too much attention, cats monitor all your moves and attentions. They get hurt when one of the others gets what they think is too much. I may post some pictures of him. All my seven cats are cool but Homie is probably the happiest cat on the place.
Weird that there's supposed to be special ways of breeding this colour pattern, I adopted my kitten last month from a place that rescues and spays feral cats, and then raise and adopt out any kittens (full size cats too obviously). I found the ad for an adoption event on "find my pet". The momma cat was apparently a very vivid red tabby, and there's no idea what the dad looked like, but I had no idea this type is rare when I got him, I just picked the sweetest and smallest of the litter. Adopted him for 25 dollars, which is incredible in itself, as most rescues in the NorCal area charge upwards of 200 dollars for a kitten. My little Chili is a total gem, no regrets
