I enjoyed this video and actually retained more info than other videos or shoe experts trying to explain it to me. It was peppered with info but drops to a casual conversation such as bloopers/funnies. It allows me to disengage from all that information being thrown at me...kinda like a mini break when you're learning something.

I experienced second hand embarrassment.
I would just say they need to pick beginning or end to include some bloopers. Sprinkling them throughout made the video feel very chaotic
