@@r0uge7im assuming to be able to wear the turban for his head covering instead of the standard issue cover. Normally he would be considered out of uniform and therefore against military regulations. An offense you can be punished for.
If I'm not wrong because he was denied American citizenship due to racial reasons (Indians for a while were classified as caucasians but they were not given citizenship, causig him to sue to be recognised as one and hence given citizenship) @@r0uge7

The truth is that most Indians who migrated are well educated & or in professional courses, wealthy/middle class families etc. They did not come as refugees, or cooks etc in large numbers like the others.

These folks came for college, were post grad students etc who then stayed on....see the histories of ppl like Kamala Harris/Vivek Ramaswamy/Satya Nadella etc etc but that is not case currently. Asians mostly become upper middle class in USA and you seldom see Asians complaining about their rights not being met even though they experience the same oppression like any other color in the US. Key to success is that Asians spend less time reciting and listening music that talk about violence, sex, and drugs. They spent years studying from others. That shape the culture of Asians people. Actually Indians are NOT the richest minority in the US. They go by household income and NOT individual incomes. As we know Indians tend to live together so all the money made is counted together. I actually had an Indian store owner explain this to me.
One of my mom's side grandfather's father or so testified in this case of Bhagat Singh Thind, they called us Hindu Race then :|
